Ordered this Container Lock - Heavy Duty Cargo Lock - Container Door Lock - Semi Trailer Door Lock for my enclosed cargo tandem trailer. I dig trenches for water line, electric, fiber optics, and drainage problems and take my tools/equipment & trailer to many job sites as at times, I leave it on site when it's a large job that takes several days to complete. I'm always very concerned leaving it on the job site as thief is at all time high now and many thieves can just "cut a pad lock off" with a bolt cutter. Recently while shopping online for a "better lock", I saw this heavy duty lock made and designed for just "cargo trailers & Semi trailers", and after reading about it's strength, design, and fitment, I ordered it. Such a good and strong lock!. This is what I should of had long before now. It's design is adjustable from 9 3/4" up to 16". This is a beast of a lock, and way beyond a hammer or crowbar!. It's made for semi trailers up to the 53 ft ones. I ordered the manual lock as I like the " outside drink machine build" design as they are very secure. Even the lock is protected!. Also like the smooth bright red powder coat paint. Now I can sleep better at night, knowing my tool/equipment trailer is secure on any job site as it's made of strong heat treated steel. This easily earns a (5) star rating in my opinion

I have another container lock that is very similar to this one, but it uses a key. I like that this one uses a combination lock because that means I don’t have to be present or make a lot of key copies for the other people who need to access the container. This lock is strong and robust. It is made to last and works perfectly. Any thief with time will be able to get through almost any lock, but this one makes that a tough job. It is easy to put on and take off if you have the combination. It earns a solid 5 stars from me.
