This Mini split system is phenomenal, very efficient and economical, cools my living room and dining room which is about 550 square ft.     • Saves alot of energy
Easy to install and quite. My central AC needed replaced that was going to cost $$$$ to replace. Got this unit and a couple of window units for my bedrooms and I have been saving on my electric bill. The smart stat was a little tricky to set up.

1200 BTU mini split kept us cool all summer, and is keeping us warm this winter. Installation was reasonably easy. I ran the pipes through a basement wall and installed up stairs on an interior wall. Mounting the blower on the wall was a little tricky with the piping running inside the wall, but doable. My only complaint is the exterior unit arrived with damage, mostly cosmetic. One foot got broken off during shipping and was gone. The packaging on the heavy exterior unit needs to be more hefty. Corners need reinforcing. The corner with the broken foot was sticking out of the package. I didn't feel like the damage was bad enough to go through the trouble of returning. I bought a vacuum pump to evacuate the lines and test for leaks. Search YouTube for videos on installing this unit, if you've never done one. ... show more

We absolutely love these. We purchased 2. Our home has hot water baseboard heating, so there is no ductwork for AC. We have used 4 AC window units for the last 12 years and they had a hard time cooling the house when the temperature hit the high 90s. The window units also let and the bugs in. These 2 units almost cool the whole house (2200Sqft ranch) on there own. I would remove them every fall to cut down on our heating bills and put them back in the spring. I am 68 years old and every house I lived in had hot and cold rooms. I love to control the temperature in each room. We have a few rentals and plan on installing them there also. Great value and very quiet. We have had only 2 issues, one of the remotes doesn’t work very well. I need to point it directly at the unit our other one works even when it is pointed almost anywhere in the room? Also I have yet to figure out how to pair the mini split to our phones. This plug in unit was easy to install and functions as advertised to cool our space quietly with great air flow. The inside unit is not bulky and fits above a standard door. Quality is great and it was very easy to hook up to wifi. Took half a day to install, including the time we took watching how to videos.
