My husband and son, who have used concrete sliders for years, don’t like these and they really don’t like the straps. Not that these straps aren’t good quality, they just prefer not to use them. The knee pads are made of dense foam and they’re replaceable. My husband is 5’10”, son is 6’0”, and their coworkers are 5’6” & 6’4”. None of them like the way these fit. The guy who’s 6’4” can’t get in them at all. From the back of the foot box to the front of the knee pad is about 21” so take that into consideration for anyone who’s tall or wears thick soled work boots. The biggest problem is that they don’t easily slide across concrete like higher end brands do. I suggest spending the extra money on a tried-and-true brand. These aren’t worth the $100 price tag.

I had never used a pair of these, before, but they were relatively easy to use, given a small learning curve of how to move around without dragging the edges around, and marking the still curing surface. They were constructed well, and of an adequate size for my legs, though I'm not sure of those people with shorter legs than mine. These are 28", and after measuring my leg, while sitting, from my boot soul to the top of my knee is about 26". That said, the foot 'sockets' were just about perfect, for me.In the hours of work that I was doing on my newly poured foundation, they did not get to an uncomfortable point. My back did, though... All things considered, I think the tool is a good one, but the price of $100, as of the time of this listing is a bit steep, for what they are. Just my thoughts.
