I had bought these kneepads a number of months ago and they were good but the straps were too long for my thin legs and knees. My wife tried to sew them up to make them fit better, but they still weren’t the best. I recently bought a new set and they have changed the design in that area and now the straps are perfect for me. they also include extensions for people with larger legs than I have. For thirty bucks, these are incredible. I'm a welder and am frequently kneeling on steel or hard concrete and these are absolutely perfect for the job. Comfortable, lightweight, functional and the color makes for a nice personal flair. Absolutely worth it

My son was the Mayor of Munchkin Town in The Wizard of Oz at his High School. He had to actually dance on his knees and run across the stage. It was tearing up his knees. I know these aren't meant for that purpose. They did help cushion his knees but the straps really irritated behind his knees. He traded one for another but at least he no longer had bruises. These are comfortable and cute. But, for actual daily use on a construction site, they don't fair well. The Velcro is all curled up and won't stay velcroed.
