This is an easy review to write since shades of gray are not involved. The GOOD: it kicks your ass all over the place. I don't care how fit you are, you're going to find a place deep within your tortured soul that says '...ouch!' and you WILL come out the other side feeling a bit invincible as a result of the journey.
