The enclosed instructions are a poorly written translation, but there's not a lot you need to know with a fan.This arrived showing a 50% charge. It took a few hours to reach full charge using a 20W charger. Air movement is adequate. Can't give it 5 stars, as it is a gift, and have no run time experience.
