Purchased the Conambo K10C Wireless Headset in April 2023. I used it daily. It is lightweight, no connectivity problems, multi-point worked flawlessly, my calls were clear w/o any interruptions and the mics do a pretty good job at cancelling background noise. On July 17, 2024, the swivel between the earpiece & battery compartment broke/came loose. Per the warranty instructions, I contacted Conambo. They sent me a new K10C! They honored their warranty without any hesitation. The new K10C headset is definitely an upgrade; has better Bluetooth technology, a studier headset but still lightweight, a louder earpiece, and a more user-friendly/relocated mute button. I bought these for use on a trip recently mostly because I wanted something inexpensive that I wouldn't have to worry about losing. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised at how well these work. The audio is clear, the noise canceling works well (or at least that is what I was told from the people I was talking to when on a call) and the earpiece is super comfortable. I like the multi-adjustable style of the earpiece, which means it can fit on a variety of differently shaped ears. In addition to this adjustability, it is super lightweight - often times I forgot that I had it on. The earbuds themselves are comfortable and included in the package are different-sized earpieces for people with smaller or larger ears. The Bluetooth synced and connected easily with my phone and all audio incoming and outgoing was super clear. It also comes with a nice plastic lightweight case that you can store your earpiece and additional earplugs in - Its a thin plastic and not as solid feeling as an airpods case, but for the price, I'd say it's well worth it and extremely nice. overall I feel for the price, you do get a very nice quality product that sounds great, works great, and feels nice to wear. The added benefit is that it's not too expensive to worry about losing or damaging it, unlike the more expensive headsets/earpieces. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. ... show more

Bought to replace an older version of same headset. Clearer voice than previous model, same fit and feel. Battery life okay, will make it through a long day of driving with frequent phone calls, but will need recharged after 8-10 hours use. USB-C charging is a nice upgrade. Overall highly recommend. Pros: Can wear all day without discomfort. Clear voice pickup with good filter on background noise. Battery lasts a full day. Works well but I have notices the issue with the Conambo is the charge port stops working. I used to get about a year but now less than 9 months. Kept buying when lasted a year but have finally given up on this product. Have purchased about 8 to 10. They claim they'll back them for two years but they won't respond when you try to get them to stand by it. ... show more

    • Not as clear as the previous version 5.1
I have been disappointed with this ear piece (version 5.2). Version 5.1 fit well on my ear, sounded clearly and had no problems staying connected. Nine if that is true for v2. The worst problem is clarity. My sister had v1 also and had no problems. Then we each misplaced our v1 earpieces within a couple months. I can't even tell what she is saying since she started using v2. Her voice is not clear and the background noise seems amplified. What a shame. ... show more
