Perfect small waver! I have naturally wavy hair and it’s mainly in an S pattern. Sometimes pieces will be more straight after I diffuse or after a few days, some pieces lose some of the wave. This is the perfect tool to go in and do certain pieces here and there to wave and make it look like my other natural waves. Chefs kiss.

Wow! I love this hair waver! I got so many compliments using it the first time. The results are amazing and I find this iron to be less damaging than most because you don’t actually have to touch the ends of the hair with the hot irons. (The hair tool waves the hair ends in the proper direction without actually having to put your ends through heat damage.) The result is a long lasting, beachy wave with a lot of volume. There’s several heat settings and a turbo-heat button for an extra blast of heat when needed. The ceramic curling barrels produce a beautiful wave. I waved my hair one time and slept on it- and it MIGHT have looked better the next day. Lol. I was impressed. The waves lasted forever. Now for the honest cons of this hair waver: It’s heavy. Like...as heavy as a hammer. I slightly grazed myself with the hot iron at the nape of my neck using it the first time because it took some time to get used to how end-heavy the waver is. Also, when I’m gripping the hair waver or turning it to do a section of hair, sometimes my hand accidentally moves the heat dial or presses one of the buttons because they’re in the way a little bit. It’s slightly annoying to have the controls where they are, near the handle. Over all: This hair tool is TOTALLY worth the price and the results. Knowing all I know about it, I would buy this again 100 times!

Well, this just arrived today and I thought I’d give it a try since I had just washed and dried my hair. It was easy to use, and worked really well, and my result would’ve been perfect if I was heading out to an 80’s theme party, lol. I think my sections of hair were too small, so next time I’ll do larger sections at a time. I will say, it definitely adds a lot of fluffy volume to my thin fine hair! Just need to practice with this a little more to get a more natural beachy wave look instead of an 80’s look, haha.

The left is the before and the right is the after. It's like my natural curl but better. Some pieces go flat or frizzy naturally and this crimper helps it look more groomed, even, and put together. I dry my hair like normal, go over a section straight down one time, and then crimp it holding for about 5 to 10 seconds on level 5. It takes about five minutes total. It does exactly what I wanted it to. No problems with it at all.

I love the Conair products. I have a Conair curling iron that I have had for about 10 years which is still amazing and both this waver and my curling iron have rotating end cord which is nice so things don’t get tangled around. I wanted something lighter that my niece could possibly use she has a triple barrel which I really liked it had protective end pieces but is too heavy for her. The only thing I didn’t like about her triple barrel was that when you were using it, you could accidentally hit the heat settings or the power button and also it was just heavier and she has disabilities and I thought she needed something a little lighter. This Conair is ok will keep it but I didn’t even have it on the highest heat setting at 15 and for a short second the end of the irons touched the inside of my wrist. As with all burns you quickly jerk back but this one left a really red blistery burn in the middle and S shape so it looked like a weird gang iron brand symbol lol. Even though this is lighter in weight It is not some thing I would trust my niece to use without some type of heat resistant gloves, and I would advise anybody to get those because if the end piece accidentally brushes up against your hand or the inside of your wrist if it burned this much on level 15 I think it would have been on a higher heat setting.
