I am still trying it however, it is small, thin, and perfect. The size is exactly what I was looking for. Sleek and able to travel with. I tried it once and had to use it more than 3 times to straighten my hair. My hair is thin, fine long hair. I usually do not need to go over it more than 2 times. You may be like me...a broke student who desperately needs a new straightener but does not have $170 to buy one from Sephora. If you are, take a chance on this product! I was nervous after first purchasing it, but I thought "for $20, what the heck lets do it!" I'm so glad that I purchased this item. There are a lot of different heat settings options, so you can choose what temperature works best for your hair. While some straighteners make my hair a little frizzy from the heat, this straightener really smoothed my hair after using it. The lock is so helpful for storage too.
