Cane across this one on Amazon and it arrived quickly. It have different five different modes, three intensity levels and comes with heating pad. The media could not be loaded. I am giving this a five-star review because it is perfect right out of the box. I have gone through two Snailax massage pads, each only lasting just over a year before malfunctioning. I use my massage pad in a Laz e Boy recliner. Don't let the sound of the video make you think it's loud because it is nearly whisper quiet when being sat on. The shoulder pads are a little louder because there isn't as much body contact. I like the strength of the strongest intensity. The heat pad portion is just marginal even in the High setting. I like the length of this pad because setting down in my recliner causes the pad to sink lower and it is still high enough at my shoulders. I took out a 3 Year Warranty via Asurion because I don't trust the massage pad durability after my Snailax brand experiences. We will see. ... show more
