Preface: I drive nearly 2000 miles a week so bare that in mind for your needs vs my input. I've had this massager for about 3 weeks and it's been pretty good overall. A few pros: Good high end vibration intensity with multiple variations to choose from. The heater is making this cold weather morning startup easier to bare. The lower lumbar inflatable cushion is fantastic! Very easy to install in your vehicle. Now for some cons: The cushioning is very thin and you end up sitting or leaning back on the vibration nodes. The plastic clips that hold the cushion in place are very weak (I replaced mine with some small D rings I had on hand). The pouch that holds the remote isn't very accessible while sitting on it and seatbelt attached (it lines up to where it's right below the buckle). Overall the only thing that took away a star was the lack of cushion between you and the vibration nodes. They kinda dig in after a bit. ... show more

This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. It is supposed to have a 20-min shut off, but it routinely shuts off within seconds. I bought it for the heat function, but there is no way of selecting that only. I will be returning this as soon as possible. What you have to do is turn it on, then press the vibration buttons multiple times to shut off the vibration. Nothing tells you how long is left on the supposed 20-min timer. But that doesn't matter because it just shuts off whenever it wants. Very disappointing. ... show more
