Ran across this heated lumbar massager while I was looking for a pillow type lumbar support. Seemed to be a lot more than just a pillow. Has heat as well as vibration type massage. It has an automatic shut off after 20-minutes. Now in my 70's, when I feel any back issue at all I use it for a 20-minute session. It really helps with my back pain. The lumbar heat is really great on low. Some reviews say it's not hot enough. It is for me! If you're looking for something a little more substantial than a pillow, I'd recommend this unit. The price is great. Since Amazon posted a note with this item, that it is frequently returned, I purchased a 3-year warranty just for worry free use. ... show more

Overall, a nice product. The vibrating heads are nice for my lower back and legs. The inflatable lumbar support is excellent for adjusting to fit your body perfectly. The heating elements could be hotter, but they are still sufficient. Happy with the product.

Very nice massager/heater, can be used at home (office chair or couch) or you can use it in your car. Great to have especially if you are traveling. It comes with 3 levels of massage vibration and 3 levels of heat. Nice soft fabric, great design. Highly recommended for any age/gender!

This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. It is supposed to have a 20-min shut off, but it routinely shuts off within seconds. I bought it for the heat function, but there is no way of selecting that only. I will be returning this as soon as possible. What you have to do is turn it on, then press the vibration buttons multiple times to shut off the vibration. Nothing tells you how long is left on the supposed 20-min timer. But that doesn't matter because it just shuts off whenever it wants. Very disappointing. ... show more

The massager works well, but it’s really too small for my car seats (just a sedan), and too small for the massage points to hit the right spots on my six-foot height. I had some trouble keeping it working with the car plug, but it’s nice to have the different adapters.
