Description

PneumaticPlus DFD-10, Inline filter removes all traces of dirt, dust, water vapor and oil vapor. Ideal for spray painting and any other application requiring clean, dry air. Desiccant changes from blue to pink color when filter needs to be replaced. 125 PSI max. working pressure. 15 SCFM max. airflow capacity. Not reusable. U.S.A. Used at the point-of-use, this patented, disposable, mini in-line desiccant dryer removes all traces of water vapor, oil vapor and dirt. It is often used directly upstream of blow guns or spray guns as final protection of critical parts blow off and paint spraying. A 40 micron, porous bronze element removes fine dirt particles, and oil removing media removes oil vapor, and desiccant beads adsorb water vapor. The see-through housing shows desiccant color change, which indicates that the dryer needs to be replaced.

Even running multiple filters you still get moisture from the last section of hose as the compressed air cools, this catches it. What an improvement in paint flow compared to the last brand we used! And the desiccant changes from blue to pink color when filter needs to be replaced. When that time comes, we will definitely be using these same ones. Thank you!

I use this with my compressor to blow out bottles that I put liquid medication in. I have been using a very similar product for years. This filter is great, does the job, no complaints. Great price too.

Not sure what happened, the 1st one worked just fine for one coat of paint and when hooked back up it was leaking air and noticed the crack. The second one lasted maybe half a bumper before I heard the leak. Our air line is set at 50 psi at the last regulator. Both hand tight.

Haven't heading them long enough to comment on their effectiveness or durability, however, I purchased because it said they were refillable which they clearly are not... slight disappointing but I wasn't surprised...
