The media could not be loaded. So far, so good. It’s only been about 48 hours since I hooked it up but I am happy with how well it works. Both pieces were very well packed and arrived unscathed. The quality is as good as can be expected with something that costs 1/4 of the name brands. My only concern is “will it last at least 2-3 years. If so, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

This ice maker is fantastic. We needed a compact and affordable option, and this one fits perfectly under the counter. Installation was easy, but it does require access to a water line. Once it gets going, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to make a batch, which is roughly equivalent to the amount produced by a typical ice tray. Overall, it works great!
