We bought it to place in the bay of our Fire Department. It creates great ice, quick and efficiently. Install was fairly easy. It can be hard to bend all the way down in the ice machine if the bin is low. Other than that, no complaints.

    • Terrible! Broke after 1.5 months

Only had this machine 1.5 months. It’s already not working. I did get the Asurion protection…useless. They said it would take 1-2 business days just for a technician to reach out. Asurion submitted my claim for the wrong item as well. Don’t buy this unit and don’t bother with Asurion.
