This is a heavy and large bracelet. It may not want to be the first one you buy. It does weigh in at 350 grams. It is very clunky and noisy. If you are going to wear a bracelet, wear a bracelet that others can see. It takes a couple of days to get use to it. I typically stack it with one of my other wide bracelets.
