Microwave itself seems to work alright, it's very big inside and can hold a lot. My only complaint is that it arrived dented on the corner backside, most likely from mishandling during shipping. The dent can be hidden if pushed back against the wall so I decided not to return it. It works great and is pretty easy to use. I appreciate that it's quiet. My last microwave was extremely loud. Note that the digital display light color is blue not green as shown in photos. I don't care for the blue but I realize most appliances are made like this now. Hoping for the best.

Very faint words and numbers. If the panel was in white or bold writing then you could see without having a bright light on! I'm older but I can see good. I got it for my kitchen and I don't always turn on the big light! Otherwise it works good.

It is always scary to order something like a microwave oven sight unseen. But, I was desperate to replace mine that quit suddenly. I reviewed several before ordering this one, but it was closest in size and power to what I wanted. Part of my selection process was that it come within 2 days, so it was a little more expensive than the others, but am glad in the end that I chose this one. It has all the features that I needed and fits perfectly on the cabinet where I placed it.

Needed a typical countertop microwave, this one had some fabulous reviews & was inexpensive. Problem: Rust inside after several months (I'd noticed A LOT of moisture inside after using the microwave, I've never had that occur in any microwave) that encompassed the bottom front panel and the edges where the bottom meets the sides. Especially in the rear. We kept it very clean - upon the last wipe down (we tossed it at that time,) the rear panel bowed outward with a slight pressure of cleaning. In less than two years, this microwave was peppered with extensive interior rust and the rear wall was very flimsy. I've never encountered rust in a microwave. Another peeve: You cannot view the food through the window (important when making a roux!)

Very intuitive controls and easy to use. You definitely should peruse the user manual regarding some of the additional features like multi-stage cooking, weight defrost, auto cook, auto reheat, etc as those fetures require multiple number pad entries depending on food type, serving size, etc. I've not usually used features like that on my prior microwaves, but I am now!!!
