Product does work as described. Good quality. 80% of it is already put together. Will come in 2 separate boxes. Does not steam carpet, it sprays/mists water at whatever temp the water is that you put in it. Rolls around and moves just fine. Doesn’t fall over easy but if it does tilt/fall, it’ll shut off automatically. Would recommend purchasing an adjustable handle for the carpet wand. It doesn’t come with one. Hoses are super easy to hook up. However, if you’re expecting this to steam clean your carpets like you’d see out of a professional cleaning machine, this one does not.

Bought this in January but didn't get to use it till last week July 15th. Was working amazingly but 2 hour in the pump burned out and now it won't spray. Tries reaching out to buyer to see I they can send a replacement part but every time I press on contact seller it is just Amazon's AI chat which sucks super bad because it does not allow you to write a message, it only let's you pick from some options it gives but you can never talk to anyone. Anyways product looks good worked great for 2 hours and that was it.

Ordered this carpet cleaner instead of hiring a professional carpet cleaner and it's been the best decision EVER!!! This machine is super easy to use and works like magic!! As a hotel, we have super high traffic areas, spills, pet accidents, and endless other things but this carpet cleaner makes it look like we got new carpets. If you are just thinking about buying this, DON'T!! Go ahead and buy it :)

While using this for the first time, the quick release connecter for the spray hose on the main unit popped off!!! I sent message to the manufacture for a replacement part! This should not happen on a brand new unit! UPDATE!!! After reaching out to the manufacturer, they are sending me a new machine. I am really appreciated the fast response and corrective action they have taken! I do understand, every now and then a great product may have faulty parts. Replacing the product in a timely manner is excellent customer service! THANK YOU!!! The only thing I do request that will be very helpful is providing "How To" videos for your product and a website to order spare parts because we all know eventually ALL products will breakdown and getting parts to fix it on our end will be greatly appreciated! Once again, THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE!

I've spent hundreds on hoover steamers.. my steamer blew the belt, and replacement guard was discontinued.. So I found a professional steamer and bought it...steam cleaning leaves carpet dry!! It's hard pulling wand, but I'm 65 with a bad back...I took several breaks and did it!!! Highly recommend!!
