There are 5 buttons, they are switch, de-icing/cleaning (standby state is the auto-cleaning switch, working state is the mandatory Pour Out Ice button), timing button (press for 3 seconds to make an appointment to turn on or turn off the machine), gear/time button (usual state is the button for adjusting the thickness of the ice, with a total of 12 positions. I have been in touch with the company today. They are sending a new unit ( the top part of the ice maker)as soon as they are in stock. We are very hopeful that this will fix the problem. I will give an update! Here is the update. I received a new top unit on Monday. The box was severely damaged and retaped several times. Upon inspection, the inside cardboard on top of the unit was wet with fluid. The top of the unit was also damp. Look inside the back screen of the unit with a flashlight, which was soaked. My husband and I are sure that all of the coolant has leaked out. Very disappointed. I emailed Mojgar directly and sent pictures for the last two days, but I have yet to receive a reply. So far we have had it a month and it has worked great. Downfall it the electric bill went up $100.00 and this is the only thing that we can contribute to the possible cause. SO just keep this in mind when purchasing any machine with the way electricity has gone up in price. UPDATE : Company contacted us several times on there own and credited our account to help compensate for the electric bill. SO far, seems like a very upstanding company that I would recommend doing business with. At least this company cares about its products ,company name and customers. Hard to find that these days.

This machine works fantastic once you get it set up properly. The directions are very vague and the timer is confusing the instructions make it seem like the timer is for setting the intervals in between ice making so that it will make less ice in a 24-hour period however that is not the case. The higher the setting the larger the cubes and it just makes big sheets of ice and causes the machine to go into an error. Start at the bottom at -6 and work your way up until you get the cube size you want once you find that happy spot the cubes are phenomenal. And it makes them very fast

We purchased this ice machine on July 9, and it stopped worked on August 29. We contacted the company Mojgar thru Amazon. Amazon referred our email to the company. We had a representative to reach out and told us what to check, the first item was not it. So the representative sent us a video and my husband took off the piece and found two big bugs that had stopped up the valve. He took the valve off and cleaned it and put it back together and it is working fine. Thank you Elaine for bring the greatest representative. Thanks for going above and beyond to help us.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this for a construction company so that the workers could fill their coolers with ice every day. It is located in our warehouse. It has worked great so far. It makes ice super fast and holds a lot of ice. We also selling ice with the bags that came with the order.Mojgar was great at the follow-up when we had a delivery problem.Quick response.
