I have tried a few different back support pillow or cushions, so far this lumbar pillow is the best. It's soft, smooth, cozy and comfortable. The design is very simple and good. You can lean on it sideway or straight up. Either way can fully support your back, providing a comfortable position for your back when sitting. Cleaning is easy, just take off the cover and throw it into the washer, it also can be use a machine dryer, the quality or shape will not be changed. I hurt my back working outside and it seemed better but it would throb after sitting in my recliner in the evenings, my wife had me try some pillows for support and it helped so I wanted a dedicated support to use.
