My review of Confier Back Support Massage Cushion Upon receiving the massager, I was surprised at how light this product is, weighing in at just 1.7 pounds. The handled box it comes in can be used for storage or travel, and the massager’s weight makes it easy to transport and move anywhere. You can easily use it at the head of your bed or in a desk chair or a sofa. Operating the massager was a breeze. By default, you press the Power button and it begins on High intensity (vibration) and massage Mode 1. It does not turn the heat on automatically, but one button press will get you High heat. I found High heat perfect, but if it’s too much for you, there’s a Low heat option too. The High intensity setting can be changed to Low intensity, or No intensity at all, as well. So you can use it as just a heating cushion if you please. It has three modes. Mode 1 is a more consistent wave without any delay, Mode 2 has a delayed slow winding build-up, and Mode 3 is a consistent vibration with regular quick pauses. I preferred Mode 1’s consistent vibration and would prefer it defaults to having heat, but it’s not a huge inconvenience to warrant any real complaint. I like that the remote has indicator lights so that you know what options are selected. Power is a solid yellow, Heat is a solid red light (High is bright, Low is dimmer), and Intensity is a solid green light (High is bright, Low is dimmer). For Mode, it defaults to Mode 1 with a solid green light, while Mode 2 is a quick blink and Mode 3 is a slower blink. The fabric seems like it would be easy to clean but the cover is not removable. There is no time setting capability for this massager; the manual does not specify this but it shuts off automatically after 30 minutes of use. It recommends 15 minutes between uses to take care of your muscles & nerves and to let the device rest as well. The noise level can be described as a dull hum, not too bad at all. Ultimately, I enjoyed using it and found it was very effective for my lower back discomfort.

The idea of this cushion is good in theory; however, in practicality, it is not convenient. The cushion itself is super tiny and the space in between it is tiny as well. I barely fit and I am 5'7" curvy 200lbs. I kept it because I do like the massage and heat when I can keep it from falling off of my chair. This would probably be great for extremely petite people.

The description and photos are accurate. If you're looking for some lower back soothing, then this should work great for you. I set it in my office chair at times while I work, and am very happy with it. The massage function comes as 3 different vibration patterns. I was initially expecting a different type of massage (like the ones with mechanical nodes that move around), but this makes more sense for the position and size of the cushion. I use all 3 vibration settings, but the second is my personal favorite. The warming function is excellent as well. I've had other devices that claim to put out some heat, but you can barely feel it. Not the case here! The high setting is perfect for me, but if it's a bit too warm for some, then there is a second, lower heat option. All in all, I'm very satisfied, and when I purchased this, I'd been experiencing a lot of pain in my low back for about a week. I'm not saying this thing worked any miracles or was a cure-all of any kind, but after my first day of using this, I felt much better, and the remaining week or so of healing was made much more tolerable thanks to this cushion! If I could go back in time and reconsider my purchase, knowing what I know now, I would still definitely buy this.

This is advertised as a viable car accessory, which is what I was interested in, however you need a AC adapter to power it? The very brief manual does not mention using it in a car once. Decided to give it a shot on my office chair anyway and the base is very thick making it hard to sit comfortably. The advertising shows a top to bottom heating, in reality feels like its only one spot in the middle of the device that emits all the heat. And lastly its loud when the "vibrator" is on.

I enjoy the pillow very much. The heat is nice. The back massager is only a vibration, but it's still nice. My only complaint is the remote, which is why I chose 4 stars instead of 5. There's no spot to set it; so unless I want it sitting in my lap, it just hangs off the side and onto the ground. And it's at the perfect distance where if it drops, it smacks the ground. It hasn't broken and I haven't run it over with my chair, but I can see how that might happen. I'd suggest to the manufacturer to just stick a little pouch on the side where it can be placed.
