I bought this unit knowing it wouldn’t be the most amazing massage chair because with coupon it was $1400 and has 4D rollers, heat, and stretch functions which is hard to find. Delivery from Amazon was really great. Putting on foot piece was pretty easy but instructions were not helpful. Photo included. The picture shows a more modern looking backrest which was disappointing but I guess understandable. Photo included. I’ve spent a good amount of time in an Osaki massage chair at work so the following are comparisons to that. My issue and the reasons I am returning is the programs almost all seem the same. The softest setting for the air compression feels like it’s going to crush my bones and I tried all 3 settings and they all hurt. The feet rollers hurt too and there is only off and on. All the settings seem to barely or not change anything. Lastly the chair feels small. I’m 5’10” and it feels like I’m sitting on the chair, not in the chair. This may make shipping easier but the neck massager (one of the main reasons I chose this one) don’t really reach my neck and my legs when fully extended don’t seem to have enough room. This claims good for up to 6’6” but I don’t see how that’s possible. Overall for an entry level massage chair for the cost it’s not bad but I need truly relaxing AND really strong settings and I want to feel like I’m not sitting outside of the chair. I would rather spend more and get the right chair so I’m likely returning this after having it for 3-4 days. ... show more

This chair is a nice chair was easy to assemble however the product description stated it was good for at least 6’6” 320 pounds. This is not actuate. The seat is only 19 inches wide and neck message was on his back not the neck. So exchanged for a chair with bigger dimensions. Overall for the smaller person it is ok Lesson learned make sure you know the exact dimensions for your body type ... show more

Chair is pretty comfortable to sit in works well for 5'9 and under, if you are taller it might not be too suitable, the airbags are pretty tight but not painful in the lowest setting. Chair fits well in smaller places which is an upside to it being more compact, foot roller feels real nice and does multiple massage styles. Absolutely love it, it works amazing and it is cheap for these types of chairs for a full massage chair plus I got mine with the $300 off so it's 1500 that's why the best 1500 I've spent in a long time because that thing is amazing it molds to your body type. And it really does a great job, and the remote has so many settings, so you could target certain areas. I'm not so good with the feet park and I'm too ticklish but I got it because I know that my brother and my dad didn't. Everyone would appreciate that part when they come to visit. Also, my boyfriend held definitely appreciate it. But I just keep my feet out of it. Because it's too much for me. It's too powerful and I'm too ticklish. But the whole back experience is just amazing. I couldn't recommend this more to anyone seriously. If you're skeptical because there's no reviews, that's why I'm leaving a review. Because I was skeptical about it and was easy to set up. But you too, if you wanna bring it into a room, I'll highly recommend taking the door off because it didn't fit through my door.
