I am wearing pant size 32. On hungry, pant is little loose, probably size 31. On full, pant is fine at size 32. I bought this belt size 36 and it fit fine. I use as is at the last hole. It give some belt tail, and it look better fashion. That means 2 size bigger than the pant size. For size 34 as sale recommended for 1 size bigger than the pant, I must use the middle hole or the third holes out of the 5 holes. This does not leave a fashionable belt tail. This made me look like a wrapping sausage with trim off string. Any way, I like the belt. Fit and look good. Seem quality too. I bought this when Amazon offered a coupon sale of approx 2 dollars off. Belt strap width info as I measure: 1-7/16 inch or 1.44 inch. Strap thickness is 3/16 inch or .19 inch.

This is the 2nd belt purchased where the buckle broke off. Otherwise, the belt is comfortable. Buckle broke after about 6 weeks of wear.

Husband loves it (he wears a 42 pants, we bought a 44 belt and the fit is perfect...the whole belt sizing thing perplexes me - I normally buy him the same size as the pants size he wears and we never had trouble with them not fitting although I made the mistake of reading all about belt sizing before buying this one so I was second guessing.) The belt seems well made, it's nice looking, it holds his pants up. Does what belts are supposed to do. His one observation, not really a complaint, is that the belt buckle is "jingly"...not annoyingly so or anything but sometimes you do hear it. Bought this to replace the Levi's casual belt I purchased less than a month ago - buckle came off of that one. This seems to be put together better.

I purchased one of these over 2 years ago and have worn it practically every day since. This is my all time favorite belt. The buckle is a great gunmetal finish which works great for casual wear or work dress. The strap thickness is perfect- not one of those pencil thin or extremely wide bands. It reverses between the two primary belt colors - black and brown - I switch it up depending on what I wear to work. All around it's exactly what I need/want. My old one is still in great condition aside from the fact that I stepped on it one day bending the buckle pin 90* but I was able to bend it back. No issues as others have had with it - material looks like it did when I got it and buckle functions like new. The 32 was not available when I purchased the second one so I had to get a 34. The 34 is one hole too short for my 32" waist so don't buy a size up unless you have a really good punch that could make it through 1/4" of tough material.

Very nice belt. The fit and finish of the leather is top notch. I like the weathered texture as well. It looks almost like leather that has been dried out and sun damaged, but is also brand new if that makes any sense. It's in the texture only; the color is solid. Also of note, the belt doesn't move once tightened. Is seems to grip my pants, which I like because I don't have to overtighten it to make it stay on straight. I ordered a size 34 initially and it was a bit tight. Amazon exchanged it for a 36 no questions asked. Just a heads up, either I was wrong about my size or the belt runs a little small. I wear a size 33 waist in Dockers and this belt in a 34 put me on the 2nd to last hole. Bumping up to the 36 gained me two more holes which I prefer.

I really feel deceived, I thought I was getting 2 belts not just one. The marketing of this item and the marketing graphics pretty much fooled me I was getting 2 belts. Not just 1, which is what I received. I was disappointed and thought the other one was on its way but received nothing after waiting nearly week. Feel really disappointed because my family has been buying from Columbia for years since I was 5 and now I'm 34.
