My husband wears a 10-10.5 usually but had to size up for these shoes to a 11. Just like I had to size up for my Columbia shoes. Maybe columbia sneakers run small. That said, he likes his sneakers and the colors. It hasn't been tested for it's waterproof quality in pouring rain but it did feel dry enough for wet weather and hikes in general.

Columbia is consistent with having good cushioning. Attractive colors. Not a heavy duty hiking shoe but a very comfortable shoe for walking in cooler weather. Not waterproof. Socks for wet washing my car.

I purchased these for my husband who works on a golf course. I needed a shoe that could withstand Florida's humid and unpredictable weather. These shoes checked everything off on my list. Tough, his style, comfortable, water-proof and minimal sole design for less imprint on wet grass. My husband loved them said they were comfortable and even his co-workers asked where he bought them. We were getting ready to order another pair in a different color but after only a mere 3 month's the rubber sole is coming off. For the price I expected at least double that time frame with them. Back to square one I guess.
