Shipping was delayed and the packaging was beat up. The assembly went well but there was a chip on the corner, the wood was cracked in another area and one of the doors did not close easily when assembled.

    • Works well
The box came damaged, but the product ended up working fine. It was relatively easy to put together with help. The light isn’t overpowering and the heat function works well.

    • Watching TV by the fire!
The assembly was a BEAR and the directions were not exactly helpful BUT the unit is nice and works great in the guest suite that it was placed in. It is heavy so two people are needed to move it before and after assembly.

The media could not be loaded. To warm up my living room. It was pretty easy to assemble and it took two of us.
