I was hesitant to purchase after seeing some of the reviews, but now Im glad I did! It is easier to use than the cricut heat press, provides uniform heat so that the products adhere properly. My only complaint is that you cannot adjust the width between the top and bottom pieces, but, that is a minor issue. I suggest this heat press. If you do have any issues, hopefully the customer service is as good as the press. ... show more

Very disappointed in this. I had such high hope for it. It would not maintain the heat and messed up a lot of my shirts I was making. It is also not so easy to use and has a terrible smell it let's off

i have had this for a year it still works but the cup takes forever to get hot and i don’t know what’s going on with the press it burns my t-shirts i turn it down it’s not enough time I don’t know
