Initially the steamer I got was defective. The unit overheated making it too hot to touch/ turn off. I contacted the seller who responded right away and immediately sent me a replacement unit, no questions asked. The replacement arrived three days later and works like MAGIC. Super simple to use. Comes with instructions as well as what NOT to do with the steamer. The steam lasts more than 10 minutes. Unit lets out a lot of steam! The accessories that come with the unit are great as well for the price. The unit is very easy to clean. Your skin will be glowing and fabulous after you use this product. I definitely recommend buying this product.

This is a review after only one use (Rose Gold option) As long as the unit continues to work, it'll be fine for my purposes. Be aware that while Amazon's photo reflects what's in the box, the instruction booklet will include things your box probably will not contain --a hair band, glasses for protecting lash extensions, a dust cover for the unit. (though It comes wrapped in a bag that can be reused to protect the unit from dust). My concerns are that instructions for filling the water tank aren't clear. To fill, you upend and pour water into the bottom--what's not explained or shown in a diagram is that you'll need to press the stem while filling. And, it comes with four tools, only one of which is explained. Since these are metal tools meant for use on the face, it would make sense to define them and explain how they should be used. The unit performed as expected. Any "new plastic" smell was minimal and dissipated quickly. The steam is gentle and feels good. As long as you don't need the extras-- or, if you do, are already familiar with the tools--this is a nice steamer. Remember to press that stem when filling...

I like that this is super easy to use and comes with so many facial cleansing tools as well as a hairband to push your hair back as you use it. I use this 3 times a week and can already see a positive difference in the quality of my skin. The what level is perfect as it doesn’t over heat and the steam speed is great as it’s not too intense or too slow. Things also great for sinus relief if you’re feeling sick, it clears it up quick! Highly recommend!

To be honest, when this item arrived I thought it was too small to be what I wanted. As I took it out of the box, I saw how lightweight and pretty it was--still assuming it would not send out enough steam. Let me tell you, it might be beautifully made and compact, but the amount of steam it puts out is amazing! After the 10 seconds it took to warm up, I immediately felt stress float out of my body. No idea if a facial steam is meant to do that, but this little cutie did exactly that. Good for the skin and a stress reliever--who could ask for anything more. I highly recommend this product!

I’m really happy with the steamer. I read the good, bad, and ugly reviews before I purchased the steamer. Since I started using the steamer, I use distilled water, because with any product that needs water, if you use tap water, you’re going to get a calcium buildup in the machine. I let mine dry out before I put the water storage part back into the machine. I did not have any problems with the heat this item produces, unless I stuck my face and inch from the opening which I can’t see why people would do. It’s a good length of a steam, 8-10 minutes. It is not inconvenient if you need to refill once and continue. But if it is for you, look for something that produces a longer steam So take a ways for the negative reviews. Welcome to products that use water, calcium build up is normal, it’s brown and gross, so use distilled. Let your product dry out before storing, that helps with reducing any buildup. Don’t stick your face right beside the product and the steam won’t burn you. This is a great steamer for the price. I’m happy with the over mechanics, simplistic to use, quality, and steam that I get. It’s just what I was looking for.
