Description

Why does water leak from the bottom as soon as I fill the tank? Please make sure the water tank is properly aligned and fully inserted into the base. A loose or misaligned tank may cause leakage. Also, please do not overfill. My steamer doesn’t produce any mist, and water seems to leak from the bottom. What should I do? First, check if the device is plugged in securely and powered on. Then, ensure the water tank is correctly seated. If the problem persists, clean the nozzle and water tank using a vinegar and water solution to remove any mineral buildup. Why is water leaking from different parts of the device during use? This may happen if the device is tilted or placed on an uneven surface. Always use the steamer on a flat and stable surface. Also, confirm the tank cap is screwed on tightly and the water is not overfilled. Water is dripping from the base during steaming - is that normal? A small amount of condensation is normal during use. However, if you notice excessive water, stop the device and empty any water collected in the base. I'm pretty happy with this facial steamer. It's super easy to use, you just unscrew the cap on the cartridge fill it up, put the cap back on, drop it into the back of the steame,r and push the button. Within about 10 seconds you can hear the water heating up and within another 30 seconds, the steam is going full blast. I haven't timed the steam to see how long one full cartridge will last, but I'd estimate it to be about 30 minutes. My only minor complaint is that the cartridge on mine does leak a little when you turn it over but not terribly, so I just hold it over the well carefully before turning it over so the water falls into the well, or do it on a surface that won't be damaged by water. It does have a smell that I can only describe as a water steamer smell, like when you use the steam function in an iron. I don't find it off-putting but I think it's worth mentioning. I originally bought this to use while sick, the steam helps clear your sinuses and get rid of nasal congestion (temporarily) without medication. It can also alleviate chest congestion and help you cough out mucus. Works much better than some of the steamers meant for those purposes. This was the least expensive one that still had good reviews so I'm giving it five stars based on value and ease of use despite the minor issues of the leaking cartridge. ... show more

On the plus side, it warms up quickly and provides a nice, soothing steam that feels great on the skin. I've noticed my pores seem cleaner after use, and it’s a nice addition to my skincare routine. However, I found the steam to be a bit too intense at times, making it uncomfortable for longer sessions. Also, the water reservoir is on the smaller side, requiring frequent refills, which can be a hassle. Overall, it’s a decent product but not without its flaws.
