I am not a product junkie by any means. I decided to try this product after seeing it on an influencers Instagram reel of her favorite products in 2023. I’m usually super nervous using product in my hair because my hair is pretty fine and thin, especially as of lately I find that the top of my hair has been thinning due to postpartum and hitting my mid 30s, so most products, I usually regret immediately after putting them in and attempting to dry when its not the results I expected. Now with this product, there were two stages. 1) immediate regret, what have I done. 2) wow, it actually works! I showered and washed my hair like normal, towel dried so my hair was still very much damp/wet. I sprayed the roots of my hair generously and waited about 15 min before blowdrying. When I went to prep my hair for my blow-dry, i got nervous bc my hair felt hard on top as if i put hold spray in. But I decided to continue and attempt to blow-dry and boy was I pleasantly surprised. It created volume, literally raising my roots, and did not leave any gross residue or greasy look. I looked like I had just left the salon! This one is a keeper and you wont regret it! ... show more

    • Thickens but Doesn’t Give Body
Had high expectations on this root lifting spray as I have fine/thin hair. Used as directed and sprayed product into roots and worked in well with fingertips. Styles as usual. I saw a very slight difference in hair thickness, but nothing as promised. I will say, my hair FEELS thicker after use, but does not actually look much thicker. It more so just gave me a very slight but not noticeable lift, but that lift didn’t last more than 20 minutes. Spray nozzle works well, bottle is sturdy, item was delivered unopened and on time. Smell is not exactly pleasant, but is also not overpoweringly bad. All in all, I was really hoping to see more extravagant results, but I think sadly I won’t be repurchasing again. REALLY wanted to love this root booster, but I’m not seeing the results I was expecting. ... show more

    • This is not what I saw on the videos
So I have thin hair and I did not really see a fluff in my hair from this product. Its a little sticky when wet, and it does feel light on hair after but no real results for me. I'm not purchasing this product again. I've also tried it on dry hair and it makes it heavy and wet at first until it dries and its sticky feeling on hands. I am just not impressed with this product. Maybe show women with actual thin hair in my age group which is 55 and older group. Us older gals have thinner hair and way less than someone in their 20's to 30's. ... show more

    • Day of Wedding Event Planner experience goes horribly WRONG .. DO NOT BUY!
I'm an event planner and my wedding did not have a place to get ready or a place for touchups so I purchased this in hopes that it would help with humidity and allow me the opportunity to still do my hair before the ceremony. I used this along with their hair spray early in the morning and went to take my hair down right before the wedding to find that my hair was STUCK in place! It looked like my hair was still in the ponytail and it was crunchy and stiff! It looked so horrible, but I did try to run my fingers through it hopes to break it up and see if by any chance there was volume of which there was NONE! If that stuck in place wasn't bad enough, I had little fly aways that stood straight out along my face and since we were on location with NO electricity there was NO place for me to plug in a curling iron to calm the storm .. As my husband came to check on me, I immediately broke into tears b/c I looked absolutely unprofessional/horrible with no time to do anything and ended up putting it back in a ponytail with the little flyaway sticking straight out. I was so embarrassed and felt ugly, I actually avoided pictures the whole night with my bride & groom which was heart aching b/c they were also really good friends, and I will never get a do over! I tried to return this item but was told its nonreturnable, so I decided to submit this review in hopes to protect other brides and event planners from this same experience. ... show more

I've only used one time but very pleased with the results so far. If used properly (by applying to the roots and combing downward while blow drying) it works great!
