Although the wagon did not come with instructions, everything was pretty self explanatory if you’ve ever folded a high chair, baby stroller, or similar. The wagon literally comes in a cardboard box by itself with only a foam cushion protecting the handle. I will describe how I unboxed and setup the wagon in the next paragraph. Upon lifting the wagon out of its cardboard box, it needs to be opened all the way. I would recommend doing this somewhere with enough room to accommodate the wagon since it is 3 feet long and 2 feet wide once opened. Don’t use too much force in trying to open the wagon. There is a little red latch that is used to secure the wagon when folded. I undid that click latch by opening it. It’s the same principle as with a baby stroller. Once the latch was undone, I expanded the wagon and listened for a click to confirm that it had opened. It was so easy to do. After the wagon had been opened and I confirmed that it was open, I checked to make sure that the material was velcroed and snapped on each of the wagon. Front and back. After I confirmed this, I extended the handle by pulling it. The handle is definitely made for different sized people and that is a very nice thing. A tall person will have no trouble pulling this and won’t have to bend over to reach the handle. I took the wagon on a test drive after it was all set up. It handled extremely well and the tires took on some bumps and little hills just fine. It was smooth and the wheels had no problem rotating or moving. Once I finished using the wagon, I packed it up into its portable position by simply pulling up the spring in the center of the wagon. It worked just fine and the wagon was ready to go and put back into lock position within seconds. I really like this wagon and the materials that were used to make it. The fabric feels like a thick polyester and reminds me of a thick backpack kind of material. It is slightly different, but I think it’s just as strong if not stronger than many backpacks. The metal frame is very sturdy and it appears that it was welded together in some places. This shouldn't cause any harm to the wagon or affect performance at all. The only thing that I really had some trouble with was retracting the handlebar that is telescoping. That and a few buttons that were hard to snap. Everything else is super great. This is one awesome wagon that has cool features that I really enjoy. It’s highly portable and was made well.
