The only thing I had to put together was the wheels and the pad that lays down in the wagon. The rest just unfolds so easily. I wish it had a strap on it to keep it folded for storage, I used a rope to keep it secured. I had a mini panic attack when I put the wheels on. The ones with the brakes I put on first because it seemed obvious that the pivoting wheels should go in the holes with the bearings. When I went to put the stationary wheels in, I immediately realized it was in sideways. It slides in and clicks smoothly and easily but is in there solid. I could not get it out and had to set it aside in frustration. That's when my gf noticed the bright yellow button. Push it and it releases the wheel. Comes out like butter. The wheels are thick chunky and solid. The wagon is tough and will hold a lot of weight. The only problem I have is with the handle. It has a luggage type handle that folds down and pulls out. This part feels flimsy, and I don't see it surviving long especially in the event of pulling a lot of weight. So to improve, I would add more stability on the handle and a strap for storing.

I absolutely love this thing! It has such a smart design making it so easy to assemble/fold up. I thought that aspect may be cumbersome but the wheels just click into place, the wagon folds right out, the baseboard/mat pops in & boom, you're good to go! It folds up just as simply too & I love that the interior mat also serves as the case you wrap around the folded wagon to secure it- you never have to worry about forgetting a piece! The wheels pop out just as easily as they pop in too if you need to remove them. The wagon itself is very smooth to use, the wheels are a great size so they maneuver well through different terrains (most importantly, sand!). They easily spin 360 degrees & I love how the handle extends & can be raised/lower making it easier to guide. There are little pouches on the side to stash some of your smaller items or drinks. The capacity is great, no more taking trips or looking absolutely ridiculous carrying 100 different bundles to the beach. There's just so many ways to implement this. It's obviously great for beach trips, camping, apple/pumpkin picking with the family, trick or treating (pop a tired kid in there with a blankie), moving, gardening, load your shopping bags or sports gear (especially for coaches!), the list goes on. It's just such a handy thing to have around & this one is so well made & easy to use.

I picked this up for beach / camping trips + helping to move items around in yard. What I didn’t count on is how easy it was to put together, how well is it made and how functional it is! The fact that it has capacity to carry 250 lbs is perfect for most all needs. For assembly, all you have to do is pop on the heavy duty wheels and insert the inner base cover once wagon is stretched out. It is also super easy to collapse back down by pulling up on center of wagon. The pulley arm telescopes down when not in use. The wheels come with brakes and rotate 360 degrees. There are even a couple of drink holders for extra convenience! Everything about this says high quality and I have no doubt this was built to last! This is the perfect wagon for helping carry a heavy load and saving my back along the way!

First of all... the extra wide wheels are perfect for use in the sand for sure. They are very nicely made with a smooth rotation. The locks work well on the front casters and the swivel of all 4 is perfect. The canvas is a heavy duty material that is far superior to any that I've felt in the past. I've owned or purchased as gifts, no less than 4 of these types of wagons over the years and this one is far better made than any of them. The hardened bottom that you place in the seat area of the wagon has a dual purpose. When you remove it, it gets wrapped around the wagon to hold it in the folded position... You use the two ring sinch straps that have velcro on them to allow you to wrap the wagon up and store it in a corner. The sliding pull handle is well made and slides in and out nicely. I'm seriously impressed with this and will be a bit boastful of it's look/feel. Bravo!!!!!

So I thought this was going to be the size of the usual, standard wagon. I was mistaken and pleasantly surprised. This this is HUGE! And it is built like a tank. The four tires are extra wide and large, they spin freely with no catching or squeaking, pivot smoothly, and the locks work great. The tongue is solidly built, moves effortlessly, and collapses down for storage. The material composing the box is a thicker, more resistant sort of ballistic nylon that feels like it is going to age really well, with maximum resistance to stains and abrasion. But the big thrill here is the size: 41.3"D x 20.6"W x 42"H. I mean, this is more like a trailer for an SUV. Absolutely top-notch item that will rapidly become indispensable. Worth the price!

I had a wagon sort of like this before and swore i'd never get another because it had the maneuverability of a blanket in a tar pit. This one handles like a dream. It's also a smooth ride, according to the never alarmed look on my constantly alarmed dog's face. I loaded the hell out of it, too, and it hauled like i'd put about five pounds of stuff into it. When we hit the bumps, it went over them like nothing...no catching and having to tug to get it over a small obstacle. I'm a small, old woman, and having something that can haul a lot with little effort is an absolute boon. I love my new wagon!
