The first "camel" received was more of a brown, yet labeled camel. I placed a duplicate order, and received camel as I expected it to be. So, be aware if you think the "camel" you receive isn't what you think it should be, it is probably a mislabeled product. However, Amazon handled the return beautifully. It is a great jacket; husband loves it.

I was amazed how well this fit. I am 5 10 with a muscular build 180 lbs. I usually have to get a large to have room around the chest. I ordered the medium and hoped it would fit after reading reviews. It fit like a slim fit with not much room to layer in the chest,shoulders and arms. It is ok though because it looks like it was taylored for me. I have been on the fence about purchasing this for about a month but glad I got it. I love the mocha color and the simple design that will look good with business casual. I usually get a 44r suit and have it let out in the chest some. This fits perfect with just a dress shirt. Will buy another one of these ( large black) to wear over suits.

I'm 6' ft 200 lbs and X-large is my normal coat size. Despite reviews that the coat runs a size larger, I ordered an x-large because a large usually isn't long enough in the sleeves. It turned out that this coat's sleeves were slightly long, falling between the thumb knuckles. There is a little extra room in the chest as well. I decided to not dock a star because of the ample review warnings. The extra size isn't that noticeable so I will not return or tailor. On a positive note, the larger size makes sleeve hiking less noticeable and allows the option to wear a sweater underneath. Overall. I'm pleased with the quality and comfort of this coat.

As others have written, the color is not accurate. Much darker than camel, it is really a shade of brown, but lacking some black tones. On a color palette perhaps it would be a dark cumin or coyote brown. it's possible some camels are this color, but true camel colored clothing is much lighter. I didn't even try it on as I knew I would be returning it the day I got it. Don't know if I'll try reordering to hope for a better color/dye lot or just go with another brand. Sad, as I think the weight and feel would have been good (as best I could tell through the plastic garment wrap it came in.

Beautiful coat, but believe all the reviews regarding the sizing. I am a 46 chest and 34/35 sleeve length, which is almost always an XL in everything. The XL coat fits me perfect except the sleeves are a bit too long. Tried to wear an L and the sleeves were perfect length, but then the shoulders were too tight. Decided to keep the XL as I can deal with a slightly long sleeve length. Not bad enough to require a tailor.
