Beautiful coat, but believe all the reviews regarding the sizing. I am a 46 chest and 34/35 sleeve length, which is almost always an XL in everything. The XL coat fits me perfect except the sleeves are a bit too long. Tried to wear an L and the sleeves were perfect length, but then the shoulders were too tight. Decided to keep the XL as I can deal with a slightly long sleeve length. Not bad enough to require a tailor.

I was amazed how well this fit. I am 5 10 with a muscular build 180 lbs. I usually have to get a large to have room around the chest. I ordered the medium and hoped it would fit after reading reviews. It fit like a slim fit with not much room to layer in the chest,shoulders and arms. It is ok though because it looks like it was taylored for me. I have been on the fence about purchasing this for about a month but glad I got it. I love the mocha color and the simple design that will look good with business casual. I usually get a 44r suit and have it let out in the chest some. This fits perfect with just a dress shirt. Will buy another one of these ( large black) to wear over suits.

As others have written, the color is not accurate. Much darker than camel, it is really a shade of brown, but lacking some black tones. On a color palette perhaps it would be a dark cumin or coyote brown. it's possible some camels are this color, but true camel colored clothing is much lighter. I didn't even try it on as I knew I would be returning it the day I got it. Don't know if I'll try reordering to hope for a better color/dye lot or just go with another brand. Sad, as I think the weight and feel would have been good (as best I could tell through the plastic garment wrap it came in.

I'm 6' ft 200 lbs and X-large is my normal coat size. Despite reviews that the coat runs a size larger, I ordered an x-large because a large usually isn't long enough in the sleeves. It turned out that this coat's sleeves were slightly long, falling between the thumb knuckles. There is a little extra room in the chest as well. I decided to not dock a star because of the ample review warnings. The extra size isn't that noticeable so I will not return or tailor. On a positive note, the larger size makes sleeve hiking less noticeable and allows the option to wear a sweater underneath. Overall. I'm pleased with the quality and comfort of this coat.

Do not be fooled by the Camel color. It looks nothing like pictured. I ordered the Camel and received a more brownish color. I requested a replacement and same problem. I requested another replacement and same of color. I hadn't sent any back before getting the replacement so I knew Amazon want sending me the same one. Also, aside from the color, there was leather trim around the top button hole only not all button holes like pictured. If you visit Macy's website and look for the wool blend Cole Haan car coat, it shows the jacket you'll receive. The only difference is the Macy's one is a slightly different blend without cashmere so it's not as soft. The Macy's one is however a bit thicker. The Amazon one quite thin and not worth the price hike in my opinion.

Just received Cole Haan Classic Coat. I Prefer a sleeve without a band. Single breasted. Material is Cashmere and wool. Nice cut. I first went to Cole Haan site and this particular coat is sold out. I check Amazon and saw this one. I received it but I'm not like the stitched. You can see in the picture. I plan to keep it and have a seamstress fix the stitch. But I'm not buying this from the vendor next time. I'm looking for a coat. It reminds me of a reject when a coat have a craftsmanship like this. Buy at your own risk.
