UPDATE: CHANGED from 3 stars to 1 star. Originally LOVEd and now MOSTLY HATE it. The juicer is easy to use. It extracts decent amount of juice. HOWEVER, cleaning is easy EXCEPT for 1 spot where the pulp comes out of. Every time I use, lots of pulp is stuck in a gap that I cant get out. It takes SEVERAL minutes to poke and pull everything out.... I have to use a sharp knife to loosen and push particles out. Even so, Im not even sure I get it all out as little strands stay stuck that I simply can't remove. EVERYTIME Ive used, basic matter like celery or greens get stuck in one spot. I have to dig out with tweezers and it takes SEVERAL minutes to clean. I hate this. Returning it. Anyone who likes it is insane. ALSO, it leaks under the pitcher base and you have to wipe up excess juice. AWFUL

This is the best juicer you'll find under $25. If you're looking for a juicer and you don't want to get the $550 one this is your best bet on fibrous like kale, there's a little bit of pulp. You can just start strainer on top of your Bowl, and then fill your jars up. Most important thing is it removes all the juice out of your pulp. Awesome part it's only three pieces. Easy to clean, most of everything just rinses off. And some people says it's slow I would disagree. You can't cut anything faster then it can juice.

I was excited when I received the juicer and had high expectations for excellent performance, etc. but it was a total letdown. First, it was REALLY SLOW. In addition, it did not even process the celery stalks properly; as a matter of fact, the celery stalks jammed the slot where the pulp comes out from, and it was really hard to remove the jam! Another major disappointment was the fact that this juicer doesn't squeeze all the juice from the food. I noticed that the pulp was pretty wet, so I put the pulp through the juicer and was surprised of how much juice was still in the pulp (almost two cups if I remember correctly. I had bought another juicer a few weeks earlier (see link here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FG2B1MDB?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) that was half the price of this juicer, and that one performs much better and the pulp comes out pretty darn dry. I DO NOT recommend this juicer. Come on people, get it together. You can do MUCH better than this. Not work the money or the effort!

Not a bad product at all. Noise doesn’t bother me as much as I thought. It extracts a lot of juice & the kids found it entertaining to watch the juice & pulp separate. There are certain veggies (I.e celery)that gets stuck on the pulp ejection so the only way to get it out is when you disassemble the device & there’s fruits & veggies underneath the auger. However, this device is still the easiest to clean in my opinion.

I absolutely love this juicer. I think it’s so easy to clean. Ayes pulp may get stuck but they give you a cleaning tool for that spot and it works just fine to clear the pulp. It definitely extracts juice better than other juicers I have used. Very pleased!
