One bizarre "flaw" is that I cannot watch antenna TV while using this device it blocks and black out interferes with all digital TV signals. I love it. It really is a very good product for the money. After charging the battery last longer than you would think. The resolution and magnification is way better than I expected. You can really see the details of the coins. I didn't know how many mistaken identifications I had made on coin errors and how many I missed until I started using this. I picked this model because I am dealing with a coin collection and I wanted to be able to see the entire coin on the screen when the plate is in the lowest position. It's been easy to use, though I haven't stored the images on the data card so I don't know how well it does that.

The best Customer Support I have had in a long time. I bought the Andonstar AD246S-M HDMI Digital Microscope in March of this year. In July the camera died, and I could not get it to work anymore. The return date had expired and I was left with a unit that did not work nor could I return. I contacted Andonstar support and explained my problem. Within 2 days got an email from them asking if I could send my address and they would send me out a brand-new replacement at no cost and no need to return the broken unit. Within 3 days a new unit was sent to my house. Their representative, Tracy, was extremely helpful and responsive. I am very pleased with the microscope as well. The 3 different lenses offer a wide range of viewing and magnifications, being able to see plant cell structure down to microbes in pond water. It was a surprise and a pleasure to deal with a company that stands behind their product with such commitment. I highly recommend this product and would buy it again. ... show more
