My mattress is only 2 years old but I bought a firm mattress as I was really broke at the time and could not afford a pillow top or comfortable mattress. I was really hoping that this topper lived up to the reviews and advertising. It. Did. Not. I wish I could contact the seller for a refund to be honest. Or replacement? I'm just not understanding how it never fully fluffed up even after 24 hours and how flat it is. I've had this thing less than a week. Not worth 74$ at all. I'm disappointed. So basically with this purchase you're gambling. It could be great or it could be a flop. In my case it was a flop.

I rarely leave reviews for the hundreds of Amazon items I purchase each year. But I would be doing a disservice to my fellow human if I didn’t spread the word about how glorious this cloud of a mattress pad is. It is so incredibly comfortable. I climb into bed every night and am reminded of how comfortable my bed is with the plush mattress topper. So incredibly cozy and I’ve been sleeping so well. We haven’t washed it yet so can’t speak to how it holds up but I’m sure it’s fine. We plan to buy one for all of our guest beds. Buy it! You won’t regret it.

This mattress pad is a little expensive, it's heavy, you have to take it to the laundromat to properly wash it - and it is worth everything. Actually makes a cushy cloud on top of the mattress. Nothing else will do now!

Just received mine a few days ago. as soon as I opened the packages, I washed and dried it. Once dried I went to lay out over my bed and ALREADY there was a huge yellowish stain on the side of the topper. It literally went from box to washing machine so there’s NO WAY that came from me. Decided to keep it and order a new one from another company but sheesh, that sucked. Update: THIS COMPANY REACHED OUT TO ME AND GAVE ME A FULL REFUND! The customer service is beyond perfect ! I still have the topper for my sons playpen but the fact they cared enough to rectify the situation is just great. It’s hard to find good quality customer care, and this company definitely knows how to make it right. The mattress is thicker than another brand I’ve purchased which is why I feel comfortable putting it in my sons playpen to protect him from my hardwood floors!
