Just received mine a few days ago. as soon as I opened the packages, I washed and dried it. Once dried I went to lay out over my bed and ALREADY there was a huge yellowish stain on the side of the topper. It literally went from box to washing machine so there’s NO WAY that came from me. Decided to keep it and order a new one from another company but sheesh, that sucked. Update: THIS COMPANY REACHED OUT TO ME AND GAVE ME A FULL REFUND! The customer service is beyond perfect ! I still have the topper for my sons playpen but the fact they cared enough to rectify the situation is just great. It’s hard to find good quality customer care, and this company definitely knows how to make it right. The mattress is thicker than another brand I’ve purchased which is why I feel comfortable putting it in my sons playpen to protect him from my hardwood floors! ... show more

Love this! We have a memory foam mattress, which is too firm for me. I had bought another mattress pad & actually used 2, trying to get enough thickness. This is thicker than the other 2 combined! I did have to snug it down a couple of times when it rode up around the corners, but that seems to have gotten better. This topper arrived in a timely manor and i am very pleased with it. Sadly i forgot to take pictures of it before i put my sheets back over it. As soon as i cut the vacuum sealed package open the topper immediately started inflating to a thicker and more plush size. It was so satisfying and I was super excited. I left the pillow topper out to expand for 24 hours before putting it onto my bed. I did not wash it because i wanted it to remain plush. How ever if yours doesn’t expand after opening, throwing it into the dryer for about 30 minutes should help with that. Thankfully i did not have to do so with mine. This topper is very comfortable and adds the softness that my bed desperately needed. I am extremely happy with this product and i highly recommend it to anyone whose mattress needs a little more comfort. It is definitely worth the price. The only negative thing that i have to say about it is that it did not inflate to the thickness shown in the description photos. The description says that it’s 3 inches thick but it is probably only 1 1/2 inches thick if that... It is still very comfortable and adds so much more softness and comfort to my mattress. I am still very happy and pleased with it despite not being as thick as the description claims. I left it to expand 3days. It's fairly heavy and fluffed up maybe 2 inches. I was very excited for this plush nights sleep but it didn't happen. It was better than nothing but I've had much better toppers. My hips still hurt and barely any support
