I just got the mirror yesterday. It arrived with care and in great shape. I installed it today and ran into a few hiccups. I began by obviously measuring everything and drilling my holes and I used the smallest mollies provided (yellow). It was not successful at all. The screws spun around inside the mollies once they were put into the wall. I tried numerous different screws I had with no luck. I eventually had to knock those mollies through the wall and use the larger white ones they provided. I didn’t want the larger holes since I literally just redid my bathroom but it all turned out ok. The mirror is made well. It’s light weight and a beautiful color. I saw that a few people were not happy with the reflection in the mirror but, mine is beautiful. I am sorry it doesn’t slide side to side at all since it’s on a slide but that can be overlooked. All in all I’m happy with my purchase.

Peeling and not even a month old

You can't spot clean the gray part without it peeling. I think it's made of paper. Cute but really cheap. Now I'm outside the return window and the suggestion are nail polish or epoxy resin per the trouble shooting page. This is chinese made cheap garbage people

Good from far, but far from good

This mirror is way, WAY overpriced and the quality is poor, at best. I will explain: The first mirror I ordered was broken, which may have happened in shipping. But I noticed the frame had some imperfections too. Cracks, visible glue, paint chipped... I was hoping it was a fluke so I ordered a replacement. The refund/replacement process was simple and I was extremely grateful for that! A new mirror was sent my way quickly. Sadly, the new mirror was a big disappointment. The mirror itself was fine, but again the frame had many imperfections. For this price, this should NOT be the case. I could see glue, I could see paint touch up spots, and several chips/cracks in the frame. I suppose the imperfections wouldn't be noticeable to others, once hung up. And the look/style of the mirror is awesome. The hardware looked fine (cheap anchors though). But it just didn't meet my standards for the price. I couldn't look past all the flaws so I returned it. I will say that customer service and return process was very easy though. So I felt at ease about that.
