    • Overall happy, but a few problems
Good looking and very nice mirror. HOWEVER... As noted by others, the plug should be a flat type, to allow the mirror to lay flush to the wall. As it is now, I will be installing a recessed plug (as for a TV hung on the wall), but this will be extra work/cost, which could have been resolved with a flat plug. As also noted by others, it is difficult to remove the stand - this should be installed with screws - I ended up using a SawzAll to cut the connections off. Third, and most disturbing, the light turns on by itself in a random way (like last night in the middle of the night). I have emailed the company (Chinese, for sure, based on the "English" instructions, such as "Let the mirror bright your face"!) and am awaiting their response, to see if there is a fix, or just a Ghost in the Machine to be dealt with by exorcism. As they say, "other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play?" :-) ... show more

This is a nice and sturdy mirror, for the price I paid I think it is worth it. But there are lots of improvements they can make. First of all, people who opt to hang this mirror on the wall will have some difficulties, the mirror does not sit flush with the wall. It is easy to remove the cover of the power supply, but the power plug should be flat, so you can hide it behind the mirror. The cord sticking out if the mirror makes it look ugly. The frame comes out way too much on the front. They could have used some screws instead of rivet for the stand. Using a drill to remove the rivets is not safe or easy. Also what if you decide later to use the stands. Needs more quality control, the hole for the screw where I hang the mirror has something sticking out of it, which I had to drill. ... show more

Well I am glad I got it on a lighting deal, and it will do compared to other lighted mirrors costing more than 5x as much. It came well packaged protecting the glass from breaking. The instructions are in Chinese only, but I guess it is intuitive. It is an odd width between vertical hanging holes 22 5/8” so they won’t line up with studs. It can’t hang flush for two reasons: the kick stand will have to be removed but it is riveted and you will have to cut the metal bracket. The other reason is the control and power box behind the mirror is thicker than the frame. The frame also had a few minor scratches and blemishes at the periphery which were more noticeable with the light on. Overall it does not look as neat and bright as the product images represent. ... show more
