Very easy to assemble, very easy plug and play. I use zoom so I went in, it recognized it right away, and I was able to test the sound right in zoom. It didn’t sound tinny or anything, even without the pop filter. There’s also a 36 month warranty if you email them with your order number. Also the lights are great, the gradient lighting is very pretty, pleasing to the eyes. Now, for the price you pay,$20, you are getting your moneys worth. It is a tiny bit flimsy, but if it’s just sitting on your desk, and your streaming or gaming you should not have an issue. The mic screws into the base tight (be careful not to mis thread) and the wing nut to adjust the mic tightens good too. Warning, it does not come with an adapter. The plug I had needed an adapter for my MacBook. I’m fairly certain it says it comes with one. So grab one on here. I grabbed 4, 2 males, 2 females on here for $5 on sale. Not what I expected at the price! I am so pleasantly surprised by this microphone. I originally used the stand that it comes with, which is good, but I am a bit clumsy and have multiple books and papers that I move around constantly and needed the space on my desk. I decided to get the mic arm to keep things sleek and avoid accidently bumping it. I run a weekly game of D&D with remote players, and they have commented on the "sweet setup" I have. The sound quality is fabulous, and everyone can hear me clearly. With the quick tap button, I can easily and quickly turn off the mic when I need to handle the day to day that my players do not need to hear and quickly jump back into the game without interruption. Got this for my Zwift streams where I'm biking and running and didn't want my friends to hear me huffing and puffing in their ear. It cancels out low noises and only grabs your voice. I bought this microphone for my boyfriend because he loves streaming various games on Twitch and YouTube. It appears to be working just fine. For the price, I'm satisfied with how it turned out. The reason I'm giving this four stars is because it arrived dented on the side, but I'm guessing that probably happened in transit and is more an error of bad packaging than bad product. The dent didn't appear to affect the functionality of the microphone, but it still would've been nice if it had been packaged better as this was a birthday present. ... show more

Surprisingly, this mic sounds very good. I love that it can be placed on a boom arm. The only two downsides are that the mic monitoring is sononomous with the mic gain. Basically if you turn off mic monitoring, you turn off the mic gain. And secondly, I wish the Mute button was larger if not the entire top of the mic. There are times I miss the Mute button and my tap ends up in a recording. Overall it's a steal for 20 bucks! ... show more

I bought this for my kid after he wanted to be like a streamer. This was a much more cost effective way than buying a full XLR kit or even some of the name brand USB mics. The sound quality is good enough although it does seem to echo a bunch. There aren't any options for voice on the actual device other than muting it. The RGBs are bright and colorful.
