The media could not be loaded. First of all it can be dimmed to your liking. Very bright you don't have to buy any connections I only wish they made a remote with this. Button works perfectly. As you can see its very very bright makes my toilet look so chic. I really love my space. I bought one that I had to buy connections and it was not long so I had to get 2 of them they didn't even last one day they just couldn't work. Now I know buy from ppl you know you can return if it doesn't work. I really appreciate the length 10m is great look I even overlapped on one side wao is all I can say I will see if it stands the test of time I will come back with updates after a few months hopping that it wount fall of the wall Sticks good easy to install wao you don't have to get any attachments that way the lights are flawless I just put some adhesive tape where I bent it to change direction but overall I am liking liking all I say is wao and thnx will be buying more I wish they can make it even longer

Worked really well to light up a closet. Make sure if you are wiring in extra wire between led and dimmer to observe which direction the dimmer’s two wires are pointed. If you reverse them, the dimmer will function only at 100% which is way bright.

I first bought these lights and they turned out to be faulty. They sent me a new strip and all is well. They look great and you can dim them. If I were to change one thing, I would say, I wish the dimmer was closer to the outlet rather than being so close to where the lights begin.

I'm thinking that these were the perfect touch to set the mood! Not to to crazy bright but not to dim. Super stylish ambiance it gives the room and you can really do so much with these lights the possibilities are really endless! So easy to put up or behind or under whatever and wherever you feel like. Super stoked,I'm gonna order more for sure! I'm very happy with the length being longer than others I've seen! This is one of those technologies which represents both an evolution and a revolution. COB strip lights offer a new approach to illumination and lighting design for home, business, entertainment, RV & boating, etc. The potential uses and applications are limitless, with plenty of creative examples visible right here in Amazon reviews. These particular lights emit a nice warm 2700 K color temperature, excellent for creating a relaxing and pleasant glow or as accent lighting. I also ordered a 4000 K set for installing under our kitchen cabinets, as we want a more neutral color temperature to illuminate our countertop for food prep and appearance. The adhesive tape on the back of the strip is reasonably 'sticky', but I wouldn't rely on it for long-term installation on certain surface materials. I'll be installing ours with COB aluminum channel, which is also available here on Amazon. The 'u' shaped aluminum COB channel provides a permanent and cleaner installation aesthetic, and protects the light strip. The dimmer works smoothly with no 'hum' or other noise. It is essentially one long glowing strip, you have to stare at it to see the individual LEDs, but this will not be noticeable in most usage scenarios. One important consideration, the included power supply is only capable of driving 20-30 feet of strip lights. If you have more than ~30 feet, you're going to need an additional (or higher wattage) power supply, so plan accordingly. To make right-angle turns or 'T' shaped junctions, there are connectors available. However, if you have a decent soldering pencil/station, it is also possible to simply solder the connections with jumper wires, provided you maintain proper polarity. One word of warning: you might be tempted to turn on the strip while it is still on the reel, don't do that for more than a few seconds! Due to the inherent design, COB lights need to dissipate heat efficiently, and if these are still rolled up when powered on, the strip could be damaged... so wait until you've unrolled the strip before powering on the lights for any length of time. This specific brand seems to be a standout with regard to quality and warranty. Highly recommended!

These lights are ALMOST perfect for my needs. I’m adding accent lighting to floor-to-ceiling bookshelves I put into my living room and these offer a GREAT touch in almost every way. The setup is as simple as can be, just plug and play, the energy consumption is next to nothing, they come automatically dimmable without needing any adjustments to you house wiring, and the warm light I chose sets a very nice and comforting ambiance. I also like that you don’t have to worry about overheating, and aesthetically the HUGE increase in the small little LED lights, along with the diffusion technology they have, makes it so you don’t have those little dot’s visible at all, instead the whole parcel looks like one fluid light from end to end. One issue I did have, and this may just be a one off, is with the adhesion of the sticky part. I may have just gotten an off unit, and I actually imagine that’s what happened considering the sheer quality of everything else related to this writing, but the adhesive peeled back oddly and I had to make some additional adjustments to hold everything in place. Not the end of the world, but that was a bit disappointing. The lights themselves, however, are perfect and make a nice addition to a living room, kitchen cabinetry, a bathroom or master bedroom, really anywhere you want to make a quick and noticeable difference to the general “feel” of a room.
