We don’t just like it, we love it. We bought this for our granddaughter, who’s turning 5. She was afraid of it when she saw it, but once she was on it we could not keep her off it.     • seems solid, but there are issues
so far it seems like a solid, well made trailer bike. My kid seems comfortable and happy on it. That said, there have been some issues. Assembly took a lot longer than I anticipated, in large part due to some of the issues stated below. There was a part missing, so I was unable to attach the plastic tire cover. The bracket for the flag attachment is different than the one displayed in the directions, and the piece is wholly inadequate for holding the flag... I ended up using a part from my previous trailer bike, which was fortunate. Other users may have issues with this, or need to buy another part. Finally, the screws in the bracket which attaches to the adult bike have been coming loose, which makes the trailer bike unstable. Now i've only used the trailer bike twice, so I'm hoping this issue is temporary. Will update if need be. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. PROS: ■Easy to assemble ■Light on weight ■Easy to use ( it is very easy to keep balance for the adult, my kid hasn't learned to drive by herself yet) ■it's foldable. CONS: ■ the piece that attached it moves a little after some hours of use. We haven't figured it out how to fixed yet. In conclusion we had a wonderful day driving our bikes with our kid who doesn't drive by herself. She loves it so much because she can enjoy long travels without get tired. ... show more

We have even attached a bike trailer behind this to make a train and take all 3 kids around. It is fantastic, our oldest doesn’t need to expend energy but can contribute pedal power when he likes, and it teaches him how to lean with turns for his own bike riding.

    • Dangerous to your child (and bike) due to seatpost clamp design

You will see several other reviews here stating that, despite the existence of a joint to allow the trailer to swivel during turns, the seatpost clamp on this trailer actually rotates to the sides when you ride. Those reviews are correct, but I just want to emphasize that this is not simply an annoyance--it's dangerous. The more the clamp rotates, the more the trailer rides behind you at a tilt. After leaving my driveway and making a broad turn down the street, my daughter was already riding at a dangerously-tilted angle behind me. Rotation around the seatpost occurs when you turn your bike to *any* degree--even a very wide, slow turn will cause the clamp to rotate significantly. The only way to straighten it out again is to turn in the other direction, or undo all four clamp bolts and reinstall it (but it will rotate again when you start riding). I could not find a way to prevent this rotation from happening. I tried tightening the clamp to a higher torque (the instructions did not include a torque spec for these bolts). This destroyed the plastic on the inside of the clamp and damaged my seatpost (see photo). And as other reviews have warned, once I tightened it to a certain point, it did not fix the problem but simply caused my ENTIRE SEATPOST and saddle to rotate any time we made a turn, rather than just the clamp itself--which presents an even more dangerous situation and risked further damage to my bike. Even if you plan on riding exclusively in a straight line, I still would not recommend attaching this trailer to a bike or placing a child on it. And even if you are willing to take the risk I've described here, I still would not recommend the product for the following reasons: 1. It arrived in a damaged box, with some superficial damage to the trailer inside, and a lot of dirt and even what appears to be some rust on the joints (see photos) 2. The plastic "pads" on either side of the seatpost clamp were already compromised (see photo), but will be damaged upon installation in any event. 3. Several of the bolts have torque specifications, ranging from 13nm to almost 30nm. The instructions tell you this, but if you don't own an adjustable torque wrench, you're going to have to just hope that you're torqueing them correctly. 4. Installation was not easy, in general, with two adults working together. It's heavy and cumbersome. 5. The deal-breaking defect in the seatpost clamp design does not present itself until you have already assembled the entire thing. Disassembly was not easy, and packing the product up for a return is going to be difficult because there were a lot of zip-ties and foam padding that we had to remove during assembly. I emailed Kazam asking for instructions or advice, and they replied that they couldn't help me. ... show more

If this trailer was lightweight it would be amazing. However, it is much heavier than my actual bike and therefore cannot be secured well with the hardware supplied. Due to the weight the gaskets in the attachments allow the trailer to swing to either side when I turn while pulling my child behind me. This meant I had to stop and readjust every time I turned. I did attempt to tighten everything to the best of my ability and it did not help at all. I think the quality of material in this product is excellent but there are clear design flaws, as if nobody has tested it. ... show more
