Features

  • NEMA23 Closed-Loop Stepper Motors: Equipped with four NEMA23 closed-loop stepper motors, 3A current, and 2.2 Nm torque, enabling the Axiscreat X6060 to operate faster and smoother with lower noise, effectively minimizing step loss and significantly enhancing overall performance
  • All Axis Feature Linear Rails and Ball Screws: Our 6060 engraving machine is equipped with dual HG-H15 linear rails and ball screws on all axis, enhancing efficiency and precision while maintaining high speed, stability, and rigidity. Equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen, making the engraving machine operation more intuitive, convenient, and easy to get started
  • Larger Work Area: Featuring a 23.6 23.6 4.33 inch (600 600 110 mm) work area, it easily handles large-scale projects, making it an ideal choice for professional applications
  • 710W Powerful Trimming Spindle: This CNC router is equipped with an upgraded 710W high-power carving spindle, reaching a maximum speed of 30,000 RPM, enabling efficient cutting and engraving on a variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, and aluminum
  • Modular Design: The pre-assembled modular structure allows for setup in just 20 minutes, requiring only a few simple assembly steps and electrical connections before starting your project. A detailed assembly and wiring video is provided in the link, significantly simplifying the process and reducing setup time
  • Expansion Functions: Based on the open-source FluidNC v3.8.4, it features a replaceable dual-core 32-bit driver chip with Wi-Fi support. It offers a wide range of expansion capabilities, including laser output interface, VFD spindle control interface, and support for water-cooled spindles
  • Power Supply Notice: Our machine is factory-set to 110V. If using 220V mains, first switch the Power Switch (see control box diagram on main product image) to 220V before powering onthis protects the control box. The included router spindle is 110V only. For safety, we strongly recommend using a step-down transformer to convert your 220V mains power to 110V before connecting either the control box or the spindle
  • Routine Maintenance Tips: Check Coupling Screws: Regularly inspect the set screws on the couplings of all three axes for looseness, and tighten them promptly if needed. Lubrication & Cleanliness: Ensure the linear rails and ball screws on all three axes are properly lubricated. If dry, apply a small amount of appropriate lubricant, and wipe the surfaces clean of dust or debris. Clear the Work Area: Check the worktable for any obstructions that might interfere with the Y-axis movement. Foreign objects can trigger alarms and cause axis misalignment, affecting machining accuracy. Performing these checks regularly will help maintain your machines stability, precision, and long-term performance
  • High-Spec Configuration: X6060 is a comprehensive upgrade based on our X5050 and A6060 models, incorporating the structural improvements of the A6060 while enhancing the motor performance and extending the working travel of the X5050, resulting in an overall configuration that ranks among the top in the market
  • Friendly Reminder: Engineered for excellencethis professional-grade model, with its refined design and upgraded performance, is the perfect choice for advancing makers, woodworking studios, and anyone who values precision and premium build quality

  • Rigid and Easy to Set Up, With a Big Cutting Area. Impressed.
Style: 6060-1
The media could not be loaded. Excellent machine, I think this is one of the best-value higher end CNC machines currently available. The listed cutting area is 60cm x 60cm, but in reality it’s closer to 63cm x 63cm, which means you can comfortably machine a full 60cm x 60cm (24" x 24") workpiece. Assembly Setup is quick and straightforward possibly one of the easiest in this class. The base comes fully assembled, and installation mainly involves attaching the X-gantry to the base with eight screws (four per side). Make sure both sides are properly aligned before tightening (a caliper helps). Since the side plates are threaded, be careful not to strip them. What I Like: Dual HG15 linear rails on every axis. This gives the machine excellent overall stiffness. High-quality finish. The extrusions and plates have a durable, clean finish. NEMA 23 closed-loop steppers with 32-bit controller. The motors are strong, responsive, and offer good speed. The controller works both offline and connected to a computer. I’ve been running it offline without issues. Stiff frame for its size. Despite the large cutting area, I’ve experienced no noticeable flex during cutting. 710W spindle included. RPM remains stable under load. It’s a Genmitsu-style spindle and performs well. What Could Be Improved: For around $1,600, it’s hard to complain. It’s a lot of machine for the price, especially considering how rigid it is and how much comes pre-assembled. A hybrid table would be a nice upgrade, although that would likely increase the price by a few hundred dollars. Cable management could also be improved. Given how solid the mechanical design is, a cleaner wiring setup would better match the overall build quality. Final Thoughts I’ve cut various types of wood at high speeds as well as softer metals, and the results have been consistently clean. When machining aluminum, choosing the right bit and dialing in feed rates is crucial. With proper settings, the machine cuts aluminum smoothly, quietly, and without noticeable vibration. The feedrates I used for cutting aluminum were 550mm/min, 0.2mm passes, spindle was spinning around 10-12k rpm with a single flute 1/8" aluminum cutting bit. It already comes with a capable router, but it’s the kind of machine that would benefit even more from a dedicated spindle. When the current unit wears out, I’ll likely upgrade to one. ... show more

  • TOP TIER MACHNE, UNBELIEVIABLE PRICE
The media could not be loaded. First off, I run an online business full time and sell 3D wood carvings. I currently own a Onefinity Elite as well as an AltMill 4x4. I have had 2 Shapeoko's,1 X-Carve as well as 3 Genmitsu 4040 pro's. The Axiscreat X6060 is hands down the best built machine by a mile on Amazon and I would say is on par with the top performing prosumer machines available today which I can say because I own both of them as well. I wanted to replace my 3 small Genmitsu machines so I took a chance and purchased 3 of these X6060 machines not knowing anything about the company as they are relatively new to the U.S. market. Based off my familiarity with this type of machine however, I could just tell this thing looked over built for that price and took a chance, and I am really glad I did. The fit and finish is absolutely fantastic. The powder coating on the machine is outstanding. I was shocked to see dual linear rails on the Y-Axis of this machine and to my knowledge, no other machine using linear rails uses 2 rails like this on the y-axis. Even my AltMill doesn't have that and that is the top rated prosumer machine currently available. This thing is so rigid its unbelievable. I have mine adjusted to run 5000mm/min which is plenty fast. I carve almost exclusively 3D carvings in hardwoods like white oak and these don't miss a beat at that speed. The z-probe attaches to the z-axis and travels with it which is a great. I had an issue with one of my machines as it was pretty beat up during shipping. The customer service was top notch. I reached out to them and they took care of everything immediately. I honestly couldn't be happier and will probably be purchasing some of the smaller machines in the near future. If the come out with 4x4, I would probably buy one of those as well. This machine could sell for much more, don't miss out if you get the chance to grab one when they are back in stock. I am uploading a video of my 3 X6060 as well as my OneFinity Elite with the Masso controller as well as my AltMill as proof that I am an authentic buyer. I have not been paid for my review in any way. I will also be making a full review and comparison soon of this machine and putting it up against the Onefinity Elite and AltMill soon. I think people will be very impressed with the results. ... show more
