If you are an Olympic weightlifter or CrossFit or even just a regular gym goer, these clips are the truth. They lock down much tighter and are secure. I bought the blue set a while back and I am still using them so the durability is great as well. I especially like how the quick release snaps in and out of place when you are using it. It is very satisfying knowing that to your weights are secure when you are trying to lift them fast. They are easy to use as you can literally use one hand and to tight and lose the grip I appreciate how they have different colors, like I said I have the blue and now the red ones so I can swap back and forth between the two. They do no weight much which is surprising because they work well when I had 500lbs on the bar during a deadlifts I also dropped the weight from waist height and these didn’t even budge. I know it’s because of the rubber piece inside that hugs the barbell. This is great compatibility for anyone looking to find quick and beautiful clips. One down side about these, is that they are brand new when you get them so they maybe a little stiff at first, but when you start using them then they will be perfect 👌 ... show more
