You can customize the white color temperature and brightness which will save even when you turn it off with a wall switch. You can customize your own RGB colors and brightness, then set up “scenes” in their app to turn your house into a rave. Lights can be grouped with different settings for each group too. I just wish it had compatibility with Smart Things (Samsung) not just Google or Alexa. Each took 10 minutes to install. Only real complaint is the color/quality of the plastic dome — would be nicer looking if it was a “warmer” color with less sheen, which makes it scream cheap plastic. Easy to install! Plastic shield/diffuser so it won’t break easily flush mount so it doesn’t collect dust. Looks pretty nice actually! Definitely worth the $30 I spent on it I bought the NON-Alexa enabled choice which gives the choice of white light in various “warmths” so you can make it look cold and clinical or warm and cozy with just a switch! I used a Lutron Maestro LED+ Motion Sensor Dimmer Switch | No Neutral Required | MSCL-OP153M-WH | White and this light is very bright for my hallway. The motion dimmer is perfect for my hallway set at low light so I dont step on one of my 2 black cats at night. I have it set at 3k and when I turn the light up it will light up the 4 rooms & the front room yea bright. Installing was a pain trying yo find those small holes was not easy & when I did using my screwdriver the thing fell off so I used my cordless drill and bingo just don't tighten to tight. It's only been a day but I do like the light & color thinking about installing 1 if not 2 in my kitchen. ... show more
