I bought this as an extra pantry space due to a small kitchen with not a lot of cabinet space. I love the size since it’s not too tall and you can access all areas easily. The shelves are adjustable which is nice for the different sizes of stuff to put away. It is sturdy as well. So this is more affordable then some of the competitor products so kudos for that. It's also fairly easy to assemble if you've put together flat pack furniture before and I wasn't missing any pieces and it arrived mostly intact. The problem is that after assembling it, it's lopsided. The holes for one side are very slightly lower than the holes for the other. The end result is the entire cabinet looks slightly askew. It still functions for its intended purpose and I will still use it as a cabinet, but the fact that if you look at it too closely, it looks lopsided truly bothers me and means I have to consign this to some dark corner of the room where it won't be examined too closely. For the record, I double and triple checked and I assembled it correctly, the holes were apparently just drilled slightly off which resulted in the panels not lining up perfectly from the left side to the right. Still, it works as a cabinet and the weight in it keeps it upright so it does do its job. I guess you get what you pay for. ... show more

This arrived yesterday and I put it together this morning. I could kick myself for not wiping down each piece and inspecting it before putting it together. The way it goes together requires you to put the doors on the floor and build it up from there, which is different from any other I've ever built. As a result, there were some things I didn't even notice until I put it together. I stood it up and started wiping it down with a dust cloth, but many of the spots I thought were dust and packaging turned out to be scratches, some of them big, all over the front doors. It was built on a special wool covering that I use when building furniture just to make sure I don't scratch anything, so I know it wasn't me. Then when I wiped down one of the sides, close to the bottom I noticed a huge scratch going all the way across. When I got close to it I realized it was more than just a scratch; it was a crack in the particle board all the way across it!! I never even saw it. That was the side that attached to the doors first and the way it was facing, I wasn't looking at that side. So now I have this thing put together that not only looks bad, but is structurally unsound. I tried clicking on the link they have to contact ClosetMaid if we have any issue, but each time I've tried, I get the message that it can't be found. I'm not even sure what to do at this point. The box was thrown out this morning and it is put together, so how can I even return it to Amazon? I will try to add pics or video to this review. UPDATE: Amazon Customer Service made it right for me. ... show more

My son put the cabinet together for me in about 20 minutes including anchoring it to the wall. Nothing was missing and nothing was broken. I purchased the first cabinet in Sep 2024 the another in Nov 20024. My son put the second one together also. Again, no problems with the cabinet. It is now July 24 and they both look like new. I've been keeping an eye on the cabinet at Amazon because I would like to purchase several more, but the price seems a bit steep for "engineered wood," I hope the price comes down soon. ... show more
