This is a pretty good eyeliner! I'm used to using brown, so black came as a bolder surprise. It goes on really easily (basically glides). It'll smudge in like the first 5 seconds after applying, but after that, it definitely stays on! Quite waterproof as well.

I felt a bit deceaved. The item was described as a pen with a sculpting tip. Oh contrary! It was nothing more than a flat pencil. Deceptive description. Finally the color was described as a med. brown when infact it was a reddish brown, which does NOT blend well with my complection or hair color. I ended up discarding it, ONLY to receive another on (apparently there was a subscription attached to it). So I'm in the process of having to contact UPS for an arranged pickup for a return and refund.

Waterproof and very creamy so it glides on smoothly without having to use much pressure, great for tight lining the eyes and easy to fix if using it to make a wing. Does not budge with sweat or water!! Great liner!
