Most lip balms just sit on top and feel waxy — this one actually absorbs and moisturizes. That’s really the whole pitch and it delivers on it. My lips felt genuinely hydrated, not just coated, which is rarer than it should be at any price point. The lightweight feel is what keeps me coming back to it. Nothing heavy or greasy, just comfortable. I’ve worn it on its own and it doesn’t interfere with anything else I put on after. While it’s very moisturizing, it is SO STICKY! I apply it a few times a day so I’ll try something less sticky next time but I’d use it nightly before bed for sure.
