Great product. I’ve been using it for years. You need to make sure you get the correct formula for your skin type. Once a friend and I accidentally switched packages and neither of us was happy. I preferred getting it with the pump, so I wouldn’t have to transfer it to another bottle. They should make the new bottles with an opening that can fit the pump that came with the old bottles. ... show more

I wish I knew it contained menthol before purchase. I dislike the smell and the feeling on my skin. However, as a face wash I felt it dried me out and I couldn't keep up exfoliating. I feel as though my face is red, dry and splotchy after using almost every day for 6 weeks. I'm not disappointed by the product, wanted to try something different from Clinique.
