Their customer service is amazing!!! This is the third SUPCASE I've had in 5 years. All of them Have Been a Super Protector with no problems ... And I drop my phone 4-5 times a week: gravel, asphalt, cement! :( But Nothing has damaged my phone inside my SUPCASE. I bought this third one in Feb 2022. - In early Sept the screen protector separated from the case. The glue holding the clear proterive screen came loose on one side. That caused "looseness" when I tried to type, which caused me to Not be able to type accurately. Lots of errors. I called the company telling them about my issue, and they were wonderful. All they asked from me was to send them a copy of my purchase receipt from Amazon, and they would replace it. All I asked From Them was to replace just the screensaver section. BUT THEY REPLACED the ENTIRE case, screen protector and holder. Wow. And let me tell you about their customer service department. On my first (and only) call, I spoke to a Human Being!! Positive response from a polite gentleman ... Proactive Problem Solver.... follow-through was fast, and more than I asked for! If you want a case that makes your phone almost indestructible, buy this one. I'm probably the worst at putting my phone to the "let's break it" test. Thankfully, though, my SUPCASE has Never let it happen. My only regret is not getting the name of the gentleman I spoke to in customer service. He was great. He really cared about helping me. * I think this company instills an attitude of problem solving that we don't find in many companies. That's why I wish I could give them a 10. I really love this case. It's protected my cell phone from many drops and falls. I like the stand and the color is great. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that they don't sell a replacement screen protector. Mine got scuffed and I wish I could just buy a replacement. Maybe someday. ... show more

    • Tough case. No problem w fingerprint reader

I was worried about getting this case. Others said fingerprint reader doesn't work or is slow after installing case. Others said they couldn't see in bright daylight. I had neither problem. I did have to reprogram my fingerprints but I don't notice any difference with or without case. I did take off circular clear sticker that was over where the fingerprint reader was. Don't know if that made a difference. Also, I read one report that said the phone became unusable in bright sun after installing case. I don't notice that. The screen cover isn't as slick as a glass protective screen, but it is good. After having this for a little over a year, I've broken the stand and the screen protector needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, you can't replace just the screen protector. You have to replace the whole case. At $25, it gets expensive to replace every year. ... show more

I purchased two of the Supcase Unicorn Beetle pro series cases four months ago to update our new phones we had purchased. The previous cases we had were ok, but the exterior backside scratched easily. After looking at the reviews of the Beetle Pro, I decided this was a quality case. When I took the case to my phone provider for the phone upgrade, the tech wanted to know where I had gotten them. His comment was in so many words "this case is better than what we offer" I've dropped the phone a few times and believe me, this case can take a much worse beating than that. The feel of the case is exceptional when holding & as of four months, the paint coating finish is almost flawless. My wife did break the kickstand and I contacted customer service to see if this was under warranty. Their response was almost immediate! Not only did they send a whole new case (I guess the kickstand by itself is not replaceable) but they sent a new case out the next day. Wow, what can I say? Exceptional product and a company that stands 100% behind it! ... show more

Good case with good protection but has a tendency to crack around the front bezel also if you break your belt clip your only option is to purchase a new case. and that's why i only give it 3 stars. Should be an option to purchase an extra belt clip.
