The bird feeder I received was missing 2 of the 5 suction cups. I tried to contact the seller, but could not find a way to do it. I posted a review stating that it was missing parts and the seller contacted me and offered to refund my money. I asked if they could just send me the missing suction cups instead. They agreed and sent me all 5 suction cups plus the rubber edge covers. I didn't need all of these parts, but now I have spares. The bird feeder itself is very nice. The 5 suction cups keep it attached to the window and the drop-in seed tray stays in the feeder. My previous window bird feeder was rather flimsy. Every time I put seeds in it, squirrels would climb on it and pop the seed tray off. I haven't had any problems with this feeder. I haven't seen any squirrels on it, but if they are getting on it, they aren't breaking it.

I put this feeder outside my office window and I have so many bird visitors while I’m working. My co-workers love when they’re in my office and a “customers” flies up to the feeder. The suction cups have kept securely in place for months now. My only complaint is everyone at the office is stealing my idea and my “customers” because everyone is buying this feeder for their windows!

This is well made and very easy to assemble. However the birds don’t seem to like it. I have several feeders that the birds love, but for some reason most of the birds avoid this one. I have tried moving it to different windows without much luck. Hopefully a week or two will change that.
