So Halloween decorations went up in various places and we used these. They are crazy sticky. It was actually kind of comical trying to pull things down after the holiday. That is until we got to things that were stuck on drywall. I'm now in the process of patching about twenty areas where these things actually ripped holes in the dry wall when trying to pull them off the walls. I guess it was time to paint the foyer anyway. I appreciate the quality and all and can find quite a few uses other than hanging decorations. Sometimes it's nice to put out an effective product but, damn sir.

I needed something install a larger, heavy board on a textile wall of my office space. These were really nice for that. They hold the board with only a fair few of them placed along the border of the frame. They have held the frame very well. when I came to my office a month after installing, I was delighted to see the frame had not fallen or anything like that. I have read that this product is not easy to remove though, so note this is better for long term installation and not temporary use. But if you need to hang something up for the long term, it does it's job as advertised.

I use this in my classroom to hold laminated posters and chart paper. It holds everything to the wall, white board, and paper-coated bulletin board. It is super sticky, but maybe too sticky when you want to change things for a new unit. Paper (that you hung up or from the bulletin board) sticks to the sticky circles when you try to pull them off. You can wash the paper bits off the sticky circles, and the stickiness returns, but the paper is ruined. Laminate also sticks to the sticky circles more than to the paper you laminated, which distorts the image until you run it through the laminator again. They work well for things you want permanently mounted, but I prefer sticky tack for things that need to be changed frequently.

I'm a teacher and I bought several different size packages, around 2,500 total, when these had a lightning deal. The price was good enough that I took a chance on them. I'm so glad that I did! I've just created 30 phonics folders, using these dots to attach laminated sheets to the insides and outsides of poly folders, and it was so easy! The dots are easy to stick on. Getting the paper off is a bit more challenging, but still easy with fingernails. I feel like these folders will easily last all school year, even with daily student handling. I'm now envisioning all the many other ways that I can use these around the classroom for signs, posters, decorations, to keep the pencil sharpener in place, etc., etc. Highly recommend!

Definitely not damage free! I was using this in my office at work to hang an 8x10 photo print. I wasn't sure where I wanted it, so I barely pushed it against the wall. When I moved it, it pulled off a chunk of drywall! Buy a well-known name brand instead!

The school building where I work has walls of concrete blocks painted with thick glossy paint. This product is, by far, the most effective material I have used to keep displays up on the wall for long periods of time. This product is best used with thicker paper, like poster board and foam board. Using this to display copy paper will likely result in tearing when you take it down. Also- the adhesive is too powerful for drywall so I wouldn’t recommend using it on that type of surface.

I was looking for some kind of putty to temporarily attach paper drawings to a painted wall. These were too sticky for the purpose. The drawings didn't fall off, to be sure, but it took some tugging to remove the drawings from the wall, and the adhesive disks were very hard to remove from the paper without also removing a layer of the paper. Removing the disks also tended to leave wrinkles in the paper. I can imagine they could remove some paint from the wall, too, if the paint were flakier than mine. Also, the disks are tricky to remove from their backing.
