This used to be the best product ever the temporary burn at first is what gave it its best :yesss!! Yrs ago when I got this I thought this can't work as it burns I used every other brand and I believe those brands use thjngs that did nit agree with my eyes .. this worked perfect .. I've always ordered ...this is my first time ordering and wonder what happened it's like the burn isn't there and if it is it's so slight I can't feel it .. I'm not sure if they removed it because so many complaints came on that burning part .. but the thing worked !! And I mean it fixed everything ! Even the burn was refreshing when u left it abit .. I even looked forward to the burn when my eyes needed it .. since I saw the box looked different I felt oh boy i hope they kept the same formula .. I pray this is just the one bottle I'm using that there is sthjng wrong with this bottle and not that they have changed a thjng as I need this eye drop !! Why change sthing that works ... I'm am disappointed and worse yet it used to remove my redness from late shifts at work in a heart beat now I used it and I refreshed it and it's still red eyes on me .. I never write bad reviews or reviews easily but I had to come on to say this so that the company may see what I had to say and maybe take note .. please don't change return to the gate original formula there is no company out there that works like this trust me I've tried for yrs ! thanks .. 🙏 ... show more
