This silicone has been the best performer I’ve tried so far. Even as someone who doesn’t know much about this kind of product, I found it super easy to use—smooth application that didn’t make my hands hurt. The best part? There’s no sharp vinegar-like smell, so I didn’t have to worry about it after applying. I used it on moldings around the house, and it stuck really well. The removable nozzle is a big plus—if I don’t use up the whole tube at once, I can save it and reuse it later without any issues. Add to that the great price, and I’ve already decided this is the only one I’ll be buying from now on. Highly recommend!

This clear Bioseal silicone applies smoothly. It is pretty low viscosity but a bead will hold itself fine on a vertical surface unless you have applied a large quantity. It tooled well for me but that needed to be done soon after application as it quickly develops a skin which is pretty much tack free. I always use a masking when applying since this is not paintable and I have never mastered getting a perfect bead or fill. I found with this that the very thin edge separation broke cleanly in unmasking so it didn’t create any of the stringy pull-always that I usually have with silicone. That is one feature of this product which I I am using this as an edge caulking on laminate installation. Filling over a compressed foam backing rod on a 1/4 edge expansion joint gap between flooring and wall. I found it super easy to do a following dressing with my finger, thus eliminating almost all of the waste which I normally have with a tooled application. Smart guys probably figured that one out many years ago. 🤓😵💫

I purchased this to use for interior work in a clients home who is severely chemical sensitive. This product has no discernible odor out of the tube or after application. The client showed no signs of sensitivity whatsoever. Only 4 stars as it was sent without the applicator tip making it useless. Fortunately I had one left unused from a previous project.

The product is top notch, no smell, cures in a few hrs., feels very strong and pliable. Used for sealing OSB board to exterior wall rebuild as well as mass loaded vinyl sealing interior studs and the sill stud anchored on the concrete slab over the sill seam layer. However, there was damage to the box when it arrived and two bottles had their nozzles completely sheared off which caused the silicon to totally solidify inside. Amazon did their part and solved the issue so I am ordering two more cases now. Highly recommended... also, wear rubber gloves and have a ton of them on hand because you will need them if you're using fingers to push in the sealing into corners or cracks.

Less smelly than brand G but there is still an unpleasant smell but doesn't last long. Dries quickly. Who knows how long it will last; I guess we'll know in 20 years or so. But for now it's my go-to. By the way, you will probably need to order some tips for it as it may not come with one. You can get a bunch of them cheap.
